Looks spot on mate! Gutted about the motor shaft!! As could have been used in something else. I just put a max 8 in my maxx v2 it a total monster 👹 now
Sweet man, much better with the HW system🤘 Definitely looks like thicker centre diff oil will help and maybe in the front diff aswell, it looked like it was loosing the rear (spinning out) a bit but could be other reasons. Good little test man👌
My Proline Trenchers also balloon a bit and that's with the stock system! Lol. Yours is sounding sweet now man, them shocks might need a bit of tuning you reckon? Looked a little soft but great run nevertheless 👌👍
@@bluewolfrc yeah man thats cool. I got Rpm roof skids fitted on mine but the rest of the shell is getting quick knackered, got a new one arriving today so i'm gonna gorilla tape the hell out of it lol
Nice run and back flips with the MT10. I seem to have better luck flipping and landing the Arrma Granite than the MT10. Did you notice a big difference in performance over the stock 3300kv Reedy system?
Not sure if i mentioned in the video but im running 2 teeth more on the pinion, its got a bit more top speed, a lot more punch and i could run 4s now if i wanted! Better, slightly, on 3s, but the throttle feel and punch is so much better, and everything runs much cooler as it was designed to run 3s
Just got the same setup in mine. Not run it yet. Did you ever do a speed run with this setup to find the top speed. I with for a 15t pinion aswell lol.
You can modify a metal Traxxas slash 4x4 gear pn. Tra3956x… you can see what needs to be cut off when you have them side by side. It’s an easy 5 minutes with a cut off wheel. and then you use associated pn. 9832 bearing instead of the one on your plastic spur. It’s the same 54 tooth. ✌️
Yeah it was easy enough :) only 1 screw to loosten the motor plate, swapped motors, and just stuck the new esc whwre the old one was with double sided tape
@@bluewolfrc Nice. I came from the cheap side of the hobby and changing out HBX motors was super easy, WLToys was a living nightmare due to having to snap the motor mount to remove the old one and then I've just not had a great time working on Arrma's 3s line so far but that's mostly due to a nightmare time changing out servos on the Senton because who wouldn't love having to line up three different small holes in the chassis precariously balancing a screw on the tip of my hex driver praying it doesn't fall off before I get to the hole for the 85th consecutive time.

That set up looks sick pal 👍👍 great lil rip there bro
Its great so far :D hopefully going tomorrow for a proper bash 😁
WOW
Great video! Did you have you have to use full throttle when backflipping? Have you used 4s on it?
Cool video buddy 👍 it looks great popping wheelies . Is it more fun now 🤔🤔👍👍👍
I only had 2 priper runs before it broke but it has a lot more power now 😁

Yeah man need to tighten them up a bit but i did loosten them all the way before the run

Im just gunna beat the hell out of this one then try to find a new one in the style of an old square body truck thatll fit 😁
@@bluewolfrc coolio! 👍

Ive not actually checked honestly, i recon its about 40mph but i could check if you want
Over in US, I can’t seem to find a metal spur for the thing. Any metal spurs for the MT10 over your way?

Been trying to find a metal spur solution, thanks a ton for the traxxas part number!
Was it fairly painless in terms of the install?

What spur and pinion did you go for
Stock spur, 15t pinion, good punch, more speed and the system doesnt overheat with the cooling fans even with the bec only at 6v and a 30 min run
Cheers man that motor have the 5mm shaft
Yeah it does, youll need a pinion with a 5mm bore
Cool thanks for the info 🙏
