Largo is expansive and a great place to live. LOW TAXES!!!!!!!! Convenient to so many areas around us. Admittedly, with any town, you need to know where to live.
Buy a home around Anona and the flood issue is relatively less than the rest of the city. Most if not all of the neighborhood is non evacuation zone too.
Largo is close to the PIE airport, and all of the beaches.
What’s your opinion on Mirada in San Antonio?
Is there any beaches that have 4x4 access?
What community do you have to buy a manufacturing home to buy? Thanks
There are a ton of communities with manufactured homes. Feel free to call and we can see what community will fit you best
Largo is not unincorporated. We are more flexible on short term rentals but we are a city with unincorporated Pinellas areas within our city limits
I serve on the Largo Planning Board. Our City was incorporated in 1905. We do have rules on Short Term Rental and I urge any residents to file a complaint with Community standards via largo website if they believe an Airbnb is illegally operating in their neighborhood
Largo is just, okay.
Homeless can be bad in some spots
my water front home i owned here since 1979. i sold it..the area is so crowded now i cant move and have to wait in lines of traffic all day i couldnt do it. the owner knocked my house down and built an ugly mansion there saw it on google earth looks like a shit hole/
That sucks. I've lived in Largo for the past 40 years. What area was your old house in roughly?
If you like boomers on harleys that moved to florida to booze the rest of their 15 year away, crappy mexican food, and mediocre burgers and dive bars. You'll love largo.
I'm thinking about moving there from Eastern North Carolina and work at conmed
I liked Clearwater Beach
