Love the fact that most tents need lines to keep it in shape, but here he can lift it upside down and you still see its structurally intact, even while he is shaking it - 10:28
Yes, that’s one of the things that I like about dome tents. It’s so easy to shake clean the inner tent after use 👌

That was a great trip, I liked the Benchmade Bugout, great choice for a hiking knife.
The Allak 3 is just so spacious, it’s one of my favourites for sure.

I recently bought a new knife - or, I ordered a
new knife (WESN Bornas). It’s live on kickstarter as we speak 😉 I love the Allak. If I were to choose one tent, the Allak would be the one. Thanks for the comment, wish you all the best, and a happy new year 🙌

I had the Soulo BL for a couple of months, but I think it’s too small. How about the Tarra, if you’re in the market for a BL-tent?
@@HikingHansen I already have the Soulo BL and I have a Keron 3, so I’m ok for BL tents. I also have an Enan YL and an Allak 3 RL. I think I might get 10mm poles for my Allak, the 9mm poles do flex a lot in high wind.
When does your Bornas arrive Mads?
@@dougieranger Then you’re equipped for any situation 😉 One thing is for sure, you can’t have too many tents ☺️ Exchanging the 9mm pole with 10mm poles is a great idea 🤔 I think the knife will dispatch around June this year 👌
Huge tent. I like it just a little heavy .
I think it’s decent, taking into consideration that it’s a four season tent 😉 But I definitely choose lighter alternatives in the summer season ⛺️

It wasn’t that cold this time. During the night it was snowing, but in the morning the snow turned into rain 🌧️
My gf had other plans, but Vega is always with me 🐶
Cooking inside the tent isn’t without risk, but it helped to have a table to put everything on.

Nice sequencing. Why did you pick dome shape rather than tubular 4 season?
Thanks, Matt. I can’t make up my mind when it comes to tents. Tubular tents are nice, but I also like the strength and convenience of a freestanding tent. My conclusion is simple, you need both 😄
How much fuel did that makeshift oven use? It looks like it could use a lot!
Not that much. I usually keep it on simmering mode just to keep the flame going. On full power one 8-oz canister will last for approximately 90 minutes.
What is your dog’s breed?
It’s a kleine münsterlander 😉
