I like the Battle of Ryloth, both this one and particularly the one with Ima Gun Di and Captain Keeli, because it showed the droid army for what it was, murder machine built to overwhelm smarter species. That particular battle also showed that even victories came at a dire cost at times. Plus, that epic final stand. Great, now I gotta watch this show again
10:55 if you ever seen the animated clone wars 2003 miniseries, Obi wan spoke the Alien language that he and anakin ran into and said “When you travel with Qui-Gon Jin you tend to pick up a few things” Qui-Gon probably taught him.
In Clone Wars 2003 Obi-Wan says ,,When you are traveling with Qui-Gon you are learning many things" after he comunicated with Nelvan tribe. Please, make an entire 30 minutes episode about skirmishes im the 2003 Clone Wars 🥺
The gunship at 2:33 on the video is called Spaceward Ho! it's a LAAT (not surprisingly) and it's artwork is a pin up of a twi'lek in a seductive manner, cool to have that artwork in an episode where the republic is helping free the species from the separatists. I like to see these gunships that have names.
You can actually see a little drawing of the Twi'Lek girl on either Boil or Waxer's helmet whenever they pop up after this arc. And in Rebels, a Twi'Lek appears a few times who is wearing clone armor on her arm with the same colors as Boil and Waxer's
10:51-10:55 that twi'lek they rescue is Numa. She becomes a major character in the Ryloth episodes of Rebels, and Even got some of Boil's armour later.
3:01 that reminds me of the moment in Star Wars rebels when the interdictor activates its gravity wells, defect becomes uncontrollable and the other ships get pulled into the interdictor and crash together (of course it doesn’t include the ghost because they have plot armor
At 8:06 you were talking about how the beast was standing over the body. In that episode the driod mentioned that the beasts haven't received food. So the body is probably dead and it was yelling at the other one to back off. Love your videos!
Or it killed it and is protecting its food source. Cannibalism is common amongst starving animals, some will even eat their own babies to survive. Nature be brutal.
@@avatariroh0543 yea, but nature also isn't uniform, many animals don't do any kind of cannibalism, most don't narrowed down to omnivores and carnivores and it's not to uncommon, but even still, that cannibalism is held out, it's more likely that the body is dying and the split is between 2 different packs put in the same area
If you pay attention to the sounds you can hear the engines rev up struggling to keep the ship in the sky after the flak knocks out the port engine, It's a surprise Michael didn't notice this.
I love these videos man, I grew up watching clone wars on its air dates since season 2 I believe and I will never stop finding new things that ive missed in all this time, and your videos have helped with that a TON!
I don't know why, but for some reason, the beasts that the tactical droid keeps locked up remind of real life stink bugs, and I hate that thought a lot. I just imagine that if the beasts aren't killed a certain way, they release a foul odor that stretches out a good distance
I never noticed the similarities between T-19s and B-Wings, that’s pretty cool because I do spend a lot of time looking at the evolution of Star Wars aircraft (for example, I feel like there’s connections between ARC-170 and X-wing)
The fact that literally 3 of the 5 gunships that were sent down to the planet were destroyed, and added to the troopers that were eaten, shot, and everything in between, you've got to be counting your lucky stars to survive that lmao
12:27 there was this other thing around 2015 called “Jedi Challenges” it had this lightsaber controller and you put your phone in the headset. It was more augmented reality than virtual reality but it had the headset and everything. You could fight sith, stormtroopers and battle droids. And at some point you could unlock this mode where you fight Jedi like yoda and Rey. It was the coolest thing
12:24- VR Star Wars games could be sick (including the one you’re talking about)! I have a few game ideas that I would love to do but I have no idea how to make them!?! And they are fully fleshed out!!!
10:52- I think because of this part that is way Commander Cody has a clip for a lightsaber and (as far as I can remember) is the only Clone that has it!?!
5:00 I'm pretty sure they reference this in Lego Star Wars because in the ryloth mission a gunship lands on one of those beasts and there's a fart sound lmao
12:13 Because making Video Games costs a lot of money and each division at Disney works with a set budget. It's a big budget, sure, but not enought to make shows like Andor while also pumping out a massive amount of video games.
I couldn’t agree more about Disney needing to make games in the Clone Wars era. I wanna be a jedi leading my own legion of clones and be able to customize their armor. They could make it so your commander is your companion in combat with certain sections where you play as him like Atreus in God of War.
If you didn't know, they replaced the commander droids because the couldn't except changes easily and, like the one in this episode, would just freeze up if something that 'Does not compute'.
What I love about the second episode of the arc is that when the Twi'leks begin to mob the tactical droid, Obi-wan covers Numa's eyes but she ducks under and lifts his hand to watch anyways. Obi-was was like "Don't watch, it's too gruesome." while Numa is all "But I wanna watch too."
2:22- Yeah, but you have to remember also that just because it’s in the first season of the show that doesn’t mean it’s happening in the first year of the War!?! That’s honestly one of the things that kills me about the Clone Wars show and why it’s not even my favorite animated. Star Wars show!!!
I had to start over and I don’t think I answered this the first time!?! 11:15- Ok, so let’s just say you are leading that army and since you are a leader you already clearly know a battle can be won or lost by a single person! Ok, would you trust B-1 battle droids to watch 1 or 2 prisoners to make sure they do their job and not get away?!? Lol I definitely wouldn’t!!!
Yo, btw if you want a good vr Star Wars game, Tales from Galaxy’s Edge is amazing! There aren’t many lightsabers but it makes up up for it in play time and story.
I found some of the minie series before season 4 kinda boring and the last episode of this arc was boring but thanks for taking me back as soon as the battleship exploded I went "Well that was for nothing" thanks empire lol
9:59- I thought the Clone turned around and realized he was being backed into a corner so instead of fighting the obvious losing battle he either went down a alley way that could have been there (but doubtful) or he went into the building (which is possible but you would think that creature would at least try to break down the door!?! I don’t know, I really don’t know how smart those things are?!? And this show didn’t really try to make them seem intelligent in any way…. But that’s because killing a dumb animal in a show is fine. But killing a animal that is aware does cause the censor board to frown)! LMAO Everything in between the ( ) is way too long again!!!
Respect the sponson but if you’re thinking of getting raycon headphones for the price. Go for a pair of soundcore liberty 3 pro’s instead. Love the video though, the details that I missed when watching this is crazy! For Star Wars for games. There’s also a game called contractors and they have Star Wars maps and load outs where you can play as droids
it's like, travelling with a Jedi Master in a gunship is good and bad coz your gonna get shot down anyway, but because there's a Jedi there's a chance you'll survive, cos the Jedi might have plot armour or something.
12:40- The Vader games is pretty much the only decent games in VR so far that I know about (unless you are super smart and do coding and/or you have some that can do all of that to help you!?! I’m not nor do I have anyone to help)! And the reason why I say decent and not good is because the Vader games are so short! I could be wrong and someone that actually knows can correct me (it has been a long time since I’ve played them) but I think the 1st one is about 20-25 minutes of actual gameplay! And the 2nd one is only a bit longer!!! It is fun though. And all the other SW games that I know of that were made for VR have many issues! Visual issues, control issues, aiming is off for the most part, graphics are bad at best and a bunch of other smaller issues that could easily be fixed if the developers got off their butt and did it!?! And all of those issues could have been fixed by now!?! I really don’t know. Besides setting it up for my daughter, I haven’t put on my VR headset in awhile!!!

WOW
5:02 No the dragonfly was on the left of the republic gunship, if it did the shadow would align to the body.
Please please PLEASE do the battle of Kamino 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You should do the battle of Kamino
Bro, I just realized your guy doesn't have LEGS. Now I can't unsee it. NOOOOOOOOO
I like the Battle of Ryloth, both this one and particularly the one with Ima Gun Di and Captain Keeli, because it showed the droid army for what it was, murder machine built to overwhelm smarter species. Bruh, Captain Keeli had my favorite armor EVER.

10:51
I was gonna say that exact same thing

Ho, as in a prostitute?
At this point I think Jae's computer is just stuck on 0.25x speed and he doesn't know how to get it off.
13:05 If you listen closely, the droid's laugh has the same rythm as The Terminator Theme: ta-tamm tamm ta-tamm :D
2:31 it also has painted bombs which is a pilot's way of counting successful missions
You can actually see a little drawing of the Twi'Lek girl on either Boil or Waxer's helmet whenever they pop up after this arc. And in Rebels, a Twi'Lek appears a few times who is wearing clone armor on her arm with the same colors as Boil and Waxer's
That Twi'Lek in Rebels actually is Numa, Cham confirms it when he introduces her to the Ghost crew ins S2E16
0:47 no it’s r2 kt. They look similar but there are differences between it and qt kt.
That droid who kept kicking the Twi'leks was great! He was not having a good day though 😔.
10:51-10:55 that twi'lek they rescue is Numa. She becomes a major character in the Ryloth episodes of Rebels, and Even got some of Boil's armour later.

Vulture droids always fall apart the same way, wings split, heads depart the body. Example at 1:15
4:28 never noticed the Acclamator crashing in the back
If you pay attention to the sounds you can hear the engines rev up struggling to keep the ship in the sky after the flak knocks out the port engine, It's a surprise Michael didn't notice this.
Man, I just love your videos. It gives me a more enjoyable and entertaining way to re-watch the clones wars and I learn a lot of what I missed.
I love these videos man, I grew up watching clone wars on its air dates since season 2 I believe and I will never stop finding new things that ive missed in all this time, and your videos have helped with that a TON!
This is one of my favorite arcs in the show
I don't know why, but for some reason, the beasts that the tactical droid keeps locked up remind of real life stink bugs, and I hate that thought a lot. I just imagine that if the beasts aren't killed a certain way, they release a foul odor that stretches out a good distance
A stink bug that size could clear a small town
12:30 it is amod for blade and sorcery vr
3:30 I didn’t even notice that the droid hit that dude to the ground
i whould be so terrified if i was one of the clones in the gunships in the 2nd episode in the ryloth arc
You should do the 2003 clone wars. They have great battles
Indeed
I never noticed the similarities between T-19s and B-Wings, that’s pretty cool because I do spend a lot of time looking at the evolution of Star Wars aircraft (for example, I feel like there’s connections between ARC-170 and X-wing)
If we're talking X-Wing predecessors I'd say the Z-95 is the best candidate but I can definitely also see the similarities with the ARC-170
Hello big fan of your vids
Mace still being a keeper of the peace, not a soldier
In the boil and waxer epsiode, when they're at the droid wall, one of them loses their armor paint for a scene
Absolutely love your videos, makes me wanna re watch the movies and the shows
I know it wasn't part of the season 1 arc but you should cover the season 3 episode with Jedi master Ima Gun Di and Keeli
The nose art marks by the twelik is how many vultures they've blown up
Didn't see the venator falling at 4:28 behind gunship at first
That’s not a venator I don’t know the name but it’s nor
@@SS-ij7gb Acclamator class assault ship is their name.
The nose art at 2:31 is the Twi lek, but it's kills not writing, a bit like you see on the side of some of the Jedi fighters or even on planes irl
The fact that literally 3 of the 5 gunships that were sent down to the planet were destroyed, and added to the troopers that were eaten, shot, and everything in between, you've got to be counting your lucky stars to survive that lmao
Clone wars were brutal

You should make a video about a battle from the 2003 clone wars
Pt 2 keep up the good work love this channel
10:52- I think because of this part that is way Commander Cody has a clip for a lightsaber and (as far as I can remember) is the only Clone that has it!?!

It's a big budget, sure, but not enought to make shows like Andor while also pumping out a massive amount of video games.
Maming videogames isn't expensive, the advertising for them is, most the budget for every triple A game out there is spent on marketing
If I took a shot every time you say the word “cool”, I’d die of alcohol poisoning within the first 2 minute.
11:40 this invisible bolt may have been a black ops trooper sniper
Ryloth was in season 3 too so maybe you can look at that too
Yeah the start of the battle of ryloth as it’s why the republic would then send skywalker to break the blockade
Fastforward and this battle an offcsreen part is done in live action on Ahsoka with Hayden!
I have played Vader immortal and it is super fun. My favorite part is picking up storm troopers and flinging them away.
The nose art gets 18+ vibes sometimes
I love that battle, it looks like a real earth war... kind of
13:05 hes laughing to the beat of the terminator theme.
Another great video by Michael Jae. I’m not gonna go on another youngling rampage until January don’t worry.
We all know Brobi Wan was slinging mad game to those Twi'lek baddies lmao
That gunship with the Twi’lek nose art has an impressive kill count
13:29 You missed one more thing what are the twi’liis leaped off the tank and elbowed him?
one of the landing cruisers got shot down and for the rest of the episode you could see a smoke cloud in the background
You are totally spoiling us Michael!
Greetings from Poland
Also sharing your name:)
For me the saddest thing is we see Boil (without waxer) right after the Umbara arc :(
Wait when?
@@SS-ij7gb he makes a brief appearance in that episode with the zygerrian slaver guy. Kix does too

Can you breakdown the Mandalorian civil war from season 5 of clone wars?
Make a "galaxy at war thrawn's" revenge gameplay video plz

That dead one obviously died either from the one on top or starvation and now their fighting over it for food I'm assuming
