I marched three years in a row and the last year I was done with what it became as a “hop on pop” of every single cause including anti-vax, every identity political issue you can name and that was that. I was proud to march when it was important for women to rise up and have the largest single international group marching in solidarity in the history of the human race. It became something else however and after a 2-hour program of all the groups that needed recognition and tears I was over it. Singular and powerful issues are enough. Women rising up to be seen. We didn’t need to dilute it with the BS and BS agenda. Yuck.
1:43 I was listening with my phone in my pocket and thought I had butt dialed someone 😅
LOL
I love the sachrine, sentimental piano. These women are so cringe.
“All pussies aren’t pink” lol
Utterly cringe and melodramatic. They must have nothing in their lives to look back on other than marching around in DC, wearing pink hats, and thinking that they are saving the world by doing so.
Just listen to the 16 year old on nyt opinion podcast. Some of these people on here are AWFUL.
@@deplorable-x9q what's it like spending so much time in the comments section of a video you hate 😂 Pretty damn funny
I want a high paying job and house like my peers or you dont get my vote! Simple😢
Trump will give you none of those. In fact, you will get negative that lol.
if your peers have it and you don't that sounds like a you problem, champ.
These comments are so depressing. People in this podcast are expressing feeling sad, lost, hopeless, fearful, confused and concerned for their futures… and then the comments are full of a gaggle of jerks gleefully laughing and poking fun at their (very justified) emotions and concerns. Y’all are like high school bullies. You are the problem.
Yes, the people your side have been calling "maggots" for years are the _real_ bullies.
They didn't even listen, or they'd know that there were men included in these interviews. They just saw the title and got triggered.
@@ShankarSivarajan
You realize your side has a literal rapist and felon as it's leader? Both sides doesn't work dude. We got an Ohio sheriff who wants to drag democratic bodies through the street "politically ofcourse".
Fuck off with the false equalization. You know it's wrong. It's why you like Trump. His rhetoric is violent at worst and destabilizing at best. Own up to it. It's the reason you voted for him. Stop pretending.
@cradio52 If someone is having those strong of emotions then they honestly need to grow up.
Put your covid mask back on.
The people have spoken..who actually thought Kalama Emoff had a chance to get elected..only these whiny.. lonely gals.. everyone else is very happy and hopeful..They have a sad existence
The popular vote distance is shrinking, so yes, she did have a chance.
"the people have spoken" and it was revealed today that trump's vote share actually sunk below 50 percent lol.
Don't focus inward, focus local. I think the activists should pick a county and recreate the precinct strategy Bannon created for MAGA.
16 mins in I can’t listen anymore. So out of touch. Come on you can do better.
Kamala, Stay Engaged? I'm so fed up. Every time you're incredulous about an appointment, a worse one appears. Oh God!
there are other things in the world going on to report on - it‘s so self-indulgent and lazy.
What do you mean? This clearly is the only thing that matters. And this self-centeredness on a few narrow issues is absolutely not the reason why Harris lost.
Republicans 10% Dems 20% independence 70% majority
And independents voted for Republicans this time
It’s on you to see the world around you. Ignoring reality leads to the disappointment I’ve listened to in this podcast.
It's not their fault that a majority of their fellow citizens were inundated with fake news that's biased towards trump.
They need to re-title this episode to "25 Minutes of Batsh*t Crazy Talk."
Silly hens 😂 😂 😂 #YourbodyMyChoice #letsgokamabla
To one of the callers who said “ what did we do wrong, “ - you didn’t do anything wrong, there were just more people who felt differently from you. 😢 this is really sad, I wish people wouldn’t personalize these social and historical forces that are much bigger than them as much as they seem to be. 😢. I’m glad they’re going to step back and tend to themselves.
There were more people who simply didn’t care to vote. That is the ultimate truth. Look at the participation rate. People didn’t care. If people were truly inspired they would have turned out. They didn’t.
It’s been interesting listening to this news outlet, overall they are disconnected from the majority of people. These first eleven commenters seem reasonable and happy to know that we are on the same page! Hallelujah
How are they disconnected form the majority of people?
I am a woman, voted for Trump in 2020 and 2024. My theory is that some people really like to have an enemy, and will create one if necessary.
Who's organizing in Arkansas? I seriously doubt it will be me; I don't have the leader personality type.
If Kamala is the strongest woman of color you can put up as a candidate, then you should definitely despair! On the other hand, I think Kamala is the weakest presidential candidate I've seen in my lifetime. So the room for improvement is vast IMO.
Ok but what is a woman? 😬
That gender that won't sleep with you
Resistance is frutile.
Mega Nation 🎉
Love that lady who basically said "how can it be a people's march when the people voted for Trump?"
Some leftists just want to do the same things over and over, they're still giving through the words of Marx and long dead voices.
A new era needs to emerge from this, not recycled Politics.
Would be able to make same arguments if it was a republican women lost to a democrat man or would they support a woman from another party
Aw, buck up there li'l camper.

Protesting against democracy
😂
Kinda like how maga did on J6?
@charlesmiv3842 yes
@@charlesmiv3842- I doubt these protests will mount to an insurrection a la MAGA. Democracy is about difference of opinions and manifestation of them. Trying to interfere with a peaceful transfer of power is what anti-democracy does. Big difference

Oh my God the constant whining…
People are here making fun of these women as if they didn't just vote for a convicted felon.
Literally nobody that isn’t on the far left thinks he’s an actual convicted felon. It was a fake charge, you cannot get a fair trial in New York City. They literally have a guy who saved a subway car full of people on trial for murders right now.
finally the border will be closed🎉

I'm not a feminist I'm feminine.
Good Lord, was the sappy sad music necessary? I voted for Trump for the first time this past election after voting Democrat in the previous 2 elections. Not because I hate women, but because Kamala was a terrible vice president and a terrible candidate who couldn't differentiate herself from Joe Biden. More women voted for Trump than Harris, and not because we're self-hating misogynists, but because we know what we and our families need from our government right now and the democrats stopped listening to us. I'm excited for the first woman president, but I'm so happy it wasn't Harris. She didn't deserve it.
You're not gonna get it from Trump, honey. You may have disliked Kamala, but Trump is literally THE WORST ever. Just look at his nominees. You voted according to your anger, not your aspirations. I feel sorry for you.
@ I totally disagree, but only time will truly tell. Until then, I'm giving him a chance with an open mind
@@audradaniels4161he said what he'd do and he is doing it. Open mind isn't necessary. Time won't tell. You know what's coming. You ordered it off the menu. Take responsibility for your vote.
@ lol I take full responsibility for my vote and for the first time in the longest time, I have hope for this country again. I like RFK, Musk, and Gabbard a lot actually. You see, the left's intolerance not only drove them from the Democratic Party, it drove me from you as well...along with millions of other people. I have no regrets. The democrats have lots of regrets though, don't they? And they're 💯 deserved. Enjoy the next 4 years. I know I will.
@@audradaniels4161 I think you're EATING THE DOGS and you deserve to be harassed, bullied, threatened and lied about by your neighbors. I am slightly distressed by listening to these women in fear. I have been a defender of this nation for most of my adult life and as much as I am disgusted by Trump and how antithetical he is to everything I believe in as leadership, I am torn as regretfully the people have spoken and as much as I believe that our nation has at least 33% are dumb asses. I have to accept that I also have served for my people and if they speak, I have to listen and I am trying to believe take my orders. I have done many things that could be perceived as counter to my orders in my time but in the end, my missions were successful and now i don’t know what to do as women voted for this dirt bag, minorities voted for this dirtbag, the majority of the population voted for him so now i feel like burying myself and closing my eyes and letting my people get what they deserve until they call on me directly and tell me they need me to act but they have to call my name and they have to know that I have been defiled and dishonored but will serve one last time if I am not compromised and neutralized, I won’t even hide myself, I deserve what I get for standing for things that maybe my people no longer value.

Easy there, maybe try just a little bit to see that other civil, reasonable people can see things in a different way than you do, you will be a happier person if you develop this skill.
@ in short, I’m going to let with the American people said they wanted to come to pass and if it turns out to be a success fantastic, if it turns out to be an absolute horror, show fantastic. I know I’m resilient enough to make it through. I wonder how many of my fellow Americans are. I do not dispute that the American people have chose to go in a direction that I would disagree with, but it’s not about my feelings. It’s about the will of the people.
@@kevinwoolley7960 I have no choice but to live with the choices of my fellow Americans. There is a possibility of good things coming, I am an optimist but I only have to look at the history of Donald to see that he is every bit the bull in the china shop that some people want him to be and for all of the characterizations of his chaotic behavior scaring people into compliance we have to remember that fear is a great motivator and there are 2 sides to fear- fight or flight. Many are cowardly enough to go with flight but some will go with fight and because of a perceived narrative that we are potentially more powerful, they won’t pull any punches so when they strike it will be as hard as they can on the first shot. People like Trump do not like bad news and his minions will not tell him the truth and that leads to the same problem Putin and Xi suffer from. I kind of do hope for an upturning of the system because I am resilient and I would love to see all of those who sold their souls for this to eat the dirt they get for it. I’m lucky as I sit in a position where I can I know my value and I always have options. A certain part of me hopes to see the how those who blamed others for their failures endure when there is no one to blame. I will still feel for the vulnerable but I will show no kindness to those who taunted and embraced this false nationalism. If they loved this country that much they would have bled for it and I know most of them didn’t so I say bring it on, let’s get ready for the collapse or rebuilding, my popcorn is ready and I have my stick ready to smack all who need a little more motivation and resilience.
Haha it’s nice to hear how down they are, their will is broken!

@sofisa11 ummm, no. He is the president, she will be forgotten. Good riddance.
His voters are deluded and amoral. He is a VERY flawed person, let alone public servant. Popular vote is shrinking, he doesn’t have a mandate. He won, I accept that, and that is the difference between people who believe in democracy and those who still don’t accept the results of the 2020 election.

I think one of the callers dilemma about wanting to protest 🪧 or not is because there’s noticing to protest about.
It happened- GET INVOLVED IN POLITICS AND MAKE THE CHANGE FROM WITHIN.
I'm amused that so many of them thought that protesting is the way we influence public policy in the US. Last I checked, the way we do that is called "voting", and meeting people who don't share your views in order to persuade them.
Pretty hard to persuade anyone when all you do is preach to your own choir.
