I'm trying to start up a chocolate business and was trying to figure out a way to ship without the risk of them melting. This video was extremely helpful, in fact I think it's the best source on the internet. Thank you.
Hi, do you freeze cookies, brownies etc sealed in their own pouch (which goes directly to the box when ready to ship)? Or do you only put them in a sealed pouch AFTER taking the baked goods out of the freezer?
