    Hi Desirée, how are you? I hope you’re having a fun Saturday. Because I’m not at my strongest, I decided to look for a clip that wasn’t very intense. And I came across your clip from 12/11/2019, a beautiful stretch class. It was just what my body needed. It was perfect! Thank you. (For some reason, I wasn’t able to leave a comment.) It energized me so much that I decided to take this short little class, too! I really enjoyed this one, too. I felt my hip joints smiling and saying thank you the whole time 😊.

    Oh! Lower body workouts are my favorites! 🥰 The las exercise was a tremendous killer! How can simple leg lifts in a 90 degree angle can burn that much? 😂

    Very intense and very effective. Desiree makes it look like it's nothing, but it's a serious burner. Perfect work out for when you're travelling and staying in hotel and can't make any noise!

      It’s a important component - but there’s more. You cannot spot reduce fat, despite what a lot of fitness gurus try to make you believe. If you want to lose weight in a specific spot you need overall weight loss. Fueling your body properly with clean healthy food, exercising daily and doing BOTH cardio / HIIT style workouts AND strength training workouts (like this one) is the recipe for success. 💖🥰💪🏼
