Slow reloads in horde shooters don't do too well. Sure, appreciate the animations and all that, but you don't want that when there's 4 enemies in your face and 5 more around the corner you want a fast reload
How does the bolter eject rounds if it is firing rocket cartirges, basically caseless ammunition? This could be either a mistake of the game or the mechanicum thought it would be cool to wrap the rockets in another casing...
The rockets get shot out of the bolty gun first and then the rocket engine turns on. There's only enough charge in the casing to push the rocket out of the barrel. Yeah it's not supposed to make sense it's supposed to be cool.
Indeed, as thou said is it quite obvious that this wouldn´t function, even with just a slight understanding of firearms and in this case it isn´t even a exchange of realism for coolness as it turns the bolter from a unique design to just another generic weapon.
I've heard this game can be fun, but from what I've seen and heard in gameplay videos, it feels unfinished. These animations have nudged me towards the latter. The one thing that really drove this opinion home is the Doghammer's shells visibly spawning out of thin air rather than being ejected from the gun...that and how the Iron Ironfist makes the sound of shell casings hitting the floor when it's a revolver.

Heavy bolter? I dunno seems to be lacking the armor piercing explosive part. Also I think the canon human who can carry a heavy bolter like that is Catachan StoneTooth Harker. Of space marines can do it too but they need to wear power armor for that.
There are human sized bolt weapons, especially in Necromunda, even on tabletop. The Heavy Bolter is basically a holy grail for a gang, and only the coolest and most capable gangers carry one into battle. The pistol sounded the best of the three which is crazy
@@mister-BH imagine aiming a heavy bolter lol
I think the portrayel of the heavy bolter in warhammer 40k space marine was pretty damn awesome. And that was a third person action game developed 10 years ago!
I thought an FPS set in warhammer 40k universe would portray this weapon properly but alas...disappointment comes my way.
Still needs a las pitol and a flamer! :D
But I am happy to have my heavy bolter
Why is there a bullet casing sound for the ironfist?
"Bolt rounds give you wings" new redbull Slogan
The autogun and autoshottie were my fav...then I got my bolt gun...I refuse to go back to either
Once you go bolted you never go back.
I can’t really see them as warhanmer guns honestly… the picatinny rails throw me off from the aesthetics…. Thanks for the upload.
All i wanted is a humble lasgun with automatic fire, A LASGUN, not a LONGLAS!!! :(
Nothing beats the classic M35 😔
Wait for Darktide, they have those M35 flashlights
When you have Bolter, why a lasgun?
@@SaviourSword995 because the lasgun looks cooler
@@557deadpool And bolter looks cooler too
Thanks bro for video

You know I thought that warhammer 40k people didn’t do stealth and didn’t use suppressors
The epitaph with a drum/ hi cap magazine would be nice
shouldn't the bolter round explode on impact?
The bolter round doesn't explode on impact it has a timed explosion when it hits something, however this might be a different variation of the bolter.
The animations feel a bit unpolished, especially when the larger magazines are used. There's no weight to them
these animations are... almost good
I like the weapon models, the sounds need to be beefier, the reloads a little slower to appreciate the gun design and not look so janky
Slow reloads in horde shooters don't do too well. Sure, appreciate the animations and all that, but you don't want that when there's 4 enemies in your face and 5 more around the corner you want a fast reload
I really like the Funeral Ball legit an M32 MGL on crack 😂
More like steroids infused with illegal weight proteins!
I can definitely say this, the plasma pistol has the proper charge up and BOOM.
What is the “Wrath” Gravgun(what’s a Gravgun)? Anyone?
I've heard this game can be fun, but from what I've seen and heard in gameplay videos, it feels unfinished. These animations have nudged me towards the latter. The one thing that really drove this opinion home is the Doghammer's shells visibly spawning out of thin air rather than being ejected from the gun...that and how the Iron Ironfist makes the sound of shell casings hitting the floor when it's a revolver.
They devs are apparently a small team.
The wrath gun looks like the BFG from Doom.
Plasma gun not blowing up after the third shot? Literally unplayable.
1:02 There it is! 10/10 BLAM.
why does the grenade launcher have empty casing hitting the floor sound effects when the casings stay in the cylinder?
okay... the Boltgun sounds incredible good and we all appreciate it... but can we talk about the grenade launcher? THUMB THUMB THUMB THUMB!
And the stub cannon which is basically a grenade launcher firing solid slugs. It's nice.
Is there a reason the laser sights are invisible?
@WEAPONS FROM GAMES thanks for making these videos buddy.. i love seeing the cool weapons in games. If you ever need help or want me to advertise your videos in my discord server let me know.. please have a great day and keep doing what your doing and keep being amazing 😀
Heavy bolter? I dunno seems to be lacking the armor piercing explosive part. Also I think the canon human who can carry a heavy bolter like that is Catachan StoneTooth Harker.
Of space marines can do it too but they need to wear power armor for that.
MC of Necromunda is cybernetic enhanced monster with all limb replaced by bionic. I guess I could see why he can use it.
There are human sized bolt weapons, especially in Necromunda, even on tabletop.
The Heavy Bolter is basically a holy grail for a gang, and only the coolest and most capable gangers carry one into battle.
There are bigger bolters too, like the Sororitas and Space Marine ones, but they can only be used in power armor
It’s made by underhive trash, this isn’t the kind of stuff you’d expect in a respected factotum by respectable tech priests, in the dingiest dirtiest place in the imperium?
Interesting that they animated the cartridges falling out of the revolver cylinder when the way you reload it is to replace the entire cylinder.
Man they really did the plasma gun animations dirty
I just realized if it weren't for those metallic/robotic arms.... the bounty hunter wouldn't be even able to use let alone control the Bolters as they are designed specifically for the space marines...
If a human dare to use a bolter...yeah their arm would just rip straight off cus of the sheer recoil alone...Clever stuff I've Just recently learnt actually
You realise they make bolters for humans too right? Sisters of battle tend to use them.
@@Prince__Teclis Crap...Really ??,Sorry My mistake..I am not really that much into 40k lore
I miss thought Bolters were purely made for Space marines and i should have known judging by the redesigns.
@@jaysanj152 even imperial guard forces use bolters
@@marrvynswillames4975, and underhive gangers too
@@jaysanj152
It really is their signature weapon, but nope the nuns with guns of the adept is sororitas use smaller caliber bolsters as part of their holy trinity of weapons alongside the flamer and the melta. Then there are the bolt pistols used by the imperial guard commisars and officers who don’t even wear power armor like the marines and Sororitas do, so to them it’s like shooting a desert Eagle or some other super hog caliber hand gun. Oh yeah inquisitors like to use them too sometimes.
Now do all the weapons from Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2
Working on it!

Even though the animations aren’t the greatest they do have a charm to them, they remind me of counter strike animations
that bolter have a fucking briefcase as magazine xD
No that’s human sized still. The briefcase mags can be found in any standard space marine armory.
i still feel like the grav gun is prettyy much the bfg of hired gun just about anything i point it at its killed... hence why i named mine " Ctrl Alt Delete "
Animations are a little stiff. Also there aren't unique animations for partial and empty reloads. Maybe I'm spoiled but it is sort of expected these days.
The weapons themselves seem animated well.
These warhammer 40K gun : exists
Me : I’ll tack your inter stock
Will this be available for PS4 and Xbox
The Vpanther and the deathbringer look quite similar to the Hemlock from Apex legend viewmodel wise
The grave gun makes bullet sounds for some reason
So Bolt Rounds are the same size as Shotgun shells?
Nah slightly bigger, think of a it more like 25mm grenade round for a bolter suited for mortal hands.
@@Toneill029 thanks
I’m sorry is it not heretical to use a Bolter if you aren’t an Astartes
How would they even get them on a hive world?
If you use an Astartes bolter perhaps, but if ya using the models made for regular humans ya no less heretical then say an officer of the imperial guard.
@@Awoken_Remmuz
Or the adeptus sororitas. AKA the nuns with guns.
I feel like I'd enjoy going ham in this game
In this game, can the grenade launcher fire non explosive shells(kinetic projectiles)???
Is the "Death Bringer" bolter a light machine gun or not?
What do you mean by "is it a light machine gun"? It's a bolter.
Classified as a rifle if anything though technically it's a gyrojet rocket launcher.
