I really don't like fish at all but something about the way she cooks... she makes everything look so good lol. 😄
The fresher the fish
The less "fishy" it tastes.
Some fish taste nearly like steak (swordfish? I think)
Some can taste mildly sweet and buttery.
Tilapia is a very easy mild tasting pleasant fish. Cook in a pan as she did this salmon.
I just use butter and sometimes lemon pepper, and a little salt.
Easy and quick to cook, easy to clean up.
(Look at the uncooked piece close up and use tweezers to draw out any 'cat whisker' like tiny "bones" that might have been missed)
@@RLaraMoore it doesn’t matter how you cook it (or don’t) I find fish disgusting. I’ve tried countless recipes but always gag lol
@@homedepot. try sea bass. Extremely mild, and no fish taste. It's so tender it melts it your mouth.
