Hey, Shereen, when you say "olive oil" in the skillet, per your video on using the right oils, you mean 'olive oil', not EVOO, correct?

Hi Carson, sure, 2 to 3 tablespoons minced sweet onion will work. So glad you hear you're enjoying the Milanese, I make that once a week too 🥰
