FINALLY! I caught the elusive Wellington Harbour Kingfish on my KAYAK

In this episode I catch my first Kingfish. I headed out into Wellington on my kayak expecting to just catch some gurnard but I managed to hook this huge Kingfish estimated around 13kgs first drop on my ‪@OceansLegacyNZ‬ Hybrid Contact jig I took me 20mins to land it. The next day I Headed around to Kau Bay and catch some Snapper and gurnard. It is safe to say I had a great weekend catching all these fish. I hope you enjoy!
