They are made from meringue and its actually super easy to make if you follow the steps Jemma has said...I just finished my batch of them and they look super cool. Am giving them and the rice krispie treats out to trick or treaters on Halloween night!
I don't think so. The goal is to incorporate air into the egg whites. A paddle attachment would just mix them, while a whisk attachment would whisk them and create volume and air into the mixture.
My sugar have a hard time to be all dissolve and if i beat it too long it would be to stiff and then i cannot have a twirl like peek when i pipe. I even try to heat my sugar to help but still grainy eventhough i used very fine sugar. Anybody help please.

Yeah I think u should be a baker. Beauticians need a bit more training and it is more sophisticated. Baking is fun easy and you can do it with kids at home or friends and families. Try to work at Cakes and doilies (Where Jemma works) and hopefully you might meet here and working in a factory you can get paid for!!

Lower your heat and flatten tiny peaks with your finger dipped in water as they brown quicker!!!
