WARNING: This comment is way overdue. Leo your teachings have completely changed my life. It all started three years ago when you clearly communicated the importance of meditation. I've been meditating every day for an hour (for three years) and I can gladly say this one practice single-handedly transformed my life. Plus you've taught me how to contemplate important issues and now I became a great philosopher :). I still have a lot to learn , but I'm super grateful for your guidance. You help all of us create order from chaos. Keep expressing your brilliance. We LOVE you.

I've always had a troubled relationship to my dad, even though I know he loves me, so it's difficult to accept what he is saying, due to my own shadows, and due to fear of death and losing loved ones. I agree that in order to be successful you have to discipline yourself to build an incredible skill. But sometimes what people dont think about is one of the toughest things about success is not gaining it but sustaining it. And sustaining it can be way more taxing than gaining it. Most people if they could build a skill to have success would not want to deal with the incredible pressure of sustaining it. As the famous saying goes in new york big law firms - this is a pie eating contest and the reward for doing well is more pie.

Leo would you consider making episodes targeting people at the early 40s and above? I have been following you for 7/8 years now and your teachings completely changed my life (including your life purpose course). Younger guys have plenty of years ahead but then on the other hand older folks already have some “experiences” and learnings. It would be cool to have some episodes targeting more mature folks, also because your audience is/will be getting older and the older one gets perhaps more prone to be spiritually developed one becomes. However, all episodes are extremely valuable anyways.

Leo am 38, I always wanted to be a music producer. I mean since I was 11 I hear music very different. Around 15 I got diagnosed with crohns disease and battled that with 6 major surgeries and a lot of suffering. Thank God am better now but music is still my passion. Should I quit, I tried to but can't its in my veins. That's what am passionate about I just didn't believe in myself back then. Now I practice everyday, work with local artists and work to even get TV placements. Am I too old and should give it up, but it's my passion? Would really like your perspective on this.

I love both the spiritual and the self help stuff but i think many people, myself included, got caught in the trap of advanced spiritual teachings but not having any foundation. Like a stoner who is all spiritual but has no job and lives with his parents. And i did that myself because i was too afraid/lazy to put any effort in the material reallity so i just concentrated on the inside world. But it is just an escape from things you have to do to live a fullfiled life.

    тоска
    Toska (Russian)
Russian word roughly translated as “sadness, melancholia, lugubriousness.”
According to Vladimir Nabokov: “No single word in English renders all the shades of toska. At its deepest and most painful, it is a sensation of great spiritual anguish, often without any specific cause.”

I think my biggest skill is analytical thinking. I think that I've fallen into the trap of being a critic. I often waste energy on pointing out other people's shortcomings rather than building my own constructive skills. Sometimes this leads to the people I interact with getting noticeably better in their lives, but at the end of the day I am starting to question my ways.

Hey man, if I wanna start watching your stuff, where should I begin? Do you have a roadmap of sorts? You have a lot of videos and I’m not the kind of person that just randomly picks one or two. I wanna dig into this and make it part of my journey. My life is so much better now than it was a year ago, two years ago, three years ago, etc. I keep improving. I quit smoking, only drink with friends now once a week (I used to drink every night by myself), got a great job that I love, and through my job I’ve learned how to combat social anxiety and up my confidence and social skills in general (I work in sales). I also work out rigidly six times a week and right now I’m trying to eat better. I’m also in therapy for dealing with my childhood traumas and that’s been a lot of help. But I still have a long way to go with where I want to be in my life. Every day is tough man, especially when you have PTSD, anxiety and other shit. But I wanna keep getting better. Life is the hardest mountain in the world, and I can’t wait to keep attacking it. So yeah where can I start?
