My husband has a cousin from Italy who lived in the States for about 5 years. He worked at a brand new local pizza shop for a while and created a breakfast pizza while there. I remember it having cheese, eggs, and bacon...not sure what else...and it was so good! Your comment reminded me of that. 😋

I’ve tried a couple of your crusts but I haven’t tried this one. I don’t really miss pizza but I made a truffle and mushroom pizza with your egg white crust. I used your Alfredo sauce and truffle-ized it as the sauce back. Mi used truffle cheese and mozzarella and thin sliced mushrooms and some truffle salt to finish. I liked it because it was so light
My husband worked for Tombstone pizza as a district manager and loved Ron & And Pep Schmiek....Pep was crazy guy..... We are originally from Milwaukee...to bad your dad didn't get involved......the story of how the pizza came to be is pretty funny.

Will there ever be a new carnivore cookbook with your more recent recipes? I’ve got your existing one and I also love your recipe videos! The carnivore rice made from egg whites and gelatin has become a staple for me. So I wonder if we’ll ever see it in a new cookbook :)
I go back and forth between psmf bready crust and chicken crust. I didn't like the chicken texture as much because it was just meat. I am definitely going to try it with the gelatin in it! Sounds really good. I am a sausage and pepperoni girl, but it looks amazing.
I buy ground pork and add Italian seasonings, pepper flakes some salt oregano and that’s my Italian sausage. For breakfast sausage, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, sage, salt, red pepper flakes. Not exactly strict carnivore but no sugar and I can control the salt. The pizza crust looks yummy
Omg, I'm so torn! I thought I had the best yet recipe and now there's an even better yet recipe! I have some fresh basil that I was looking forward to using up on a pizza tonight. I might cut the other recipe down and make two to compare. These look so great! As an aside, I grew up in Middleton, WI. My high school boyfriend's mother was the Tombstone pizza mom of the neighborhood. All us kids would end up at my boyfriend's house after school because she would be pushing pizzas in and out of her oven for us. Oh and RC Cola! What nostalgia...she was a wonderful lady. ❤
So mine was a little wet after initial bake, I put it back in and had some really wet stuff around the crust bubbling and boiling. It browned up and got crunch around the edges. My guess was the beef gelatin around the edges that I ate by before I finished cooking the pizza. So runny bubbly stuff got crisp and was good. After pizza was done the bottom was sticky and am guessing it was the gelatin again. The taste was good and will def try again. Maybe I’ll paper towel the chicken next time and see if that helps with wetness
