I thought the very same thing when I saw him fold those Omelettes I’ve out of the Navy 43yrs now and still remember the way the navy cooks folded their omelettes been doing mine the same way since VA 147 USS Constellation here GO NAVY !

Looks like a GREAT Dinner, I couldn't eat that much for Breakfast anymore. I'm 60, years ago I would eat this and then go to Work and then eat a double cheese burger and fries for Lunch and then eat 6 Tacos for Dinner and still only weighed 135 lbs. You've got some great recipes, I made your Breakfast Omelet...except I made it for Dinner, it was AWESOME, my 80 yr old Mom loved it. Show off your Pizza Oven skills sometime...everybody LOVES Pizza.
I honestly and absolutely love your outlook and demeanor. So chill and easygoing. Just love it. Thanks for the great breakfast video and ideas. Your family is lucky to have you. Please keep the videos coming. One question for you. Would you be able to mention at least the settings for the burners on your Blackstone? That's what I struggle with I feel. What temps and settings. I know they're different but a starting place would be helpful for us novices.

Hey Jack, if you look up blackstone griddle kit on amazon you should be able to find the kit that has this in it! Or your local Walmart should sell this kit

I am getting my first griddle next month. I am getting a LeGriddle. Very excited :)) I watch your cook videos all the time now. Question. Have you ever thought of adding some banana slices to your pancakes? There is a restaurant down here in w central Florida near a fishing bridge that has for decades made breakfast and lunch only. They make these banana pancakes and they fly out of the kitchen. They are so good. I want to make them first when I get my griddle. I like how you say stuff like the eggs will be just as good if you blow the side out. I have a tendency to get a bit OCD and your encouragement for little screw ups is helpful too. Great job with the santa carving. You are quite the artist ! Cool. Take care bud.

@Catherine Harris I've had that happen repeatedly the past week or so on various videos, but not this one. It seems to be a glitch with TH-cam, not the particular videos. I can't find a common denominator for the occurrence.
