This came at a perfect time. Im in the lost phase. Im usually super motivated and ready to enjoy a workout, but recently i dont even want to do anything and working out seems more like a chore now.
Like with anything in life, we will experience ups and downs. This phase, too, will pass :) Be kind to yourself and be patient, your drive will come back. Wishing you all the best :)
Olivia I appreciate you leading us by example and also reminding us to be kind to ourselves in our fitness journey. Thank you for doing what you do! xoxo
I think mindset would be a great one to talk about. I need to change my mindset when it comes to eating, I need to win at the mind battle game. It’s very hard. I’ve implemented more weight and I really feel the difference. I love it! You’re a really good role model, thanks!
@@tracypoffenbarger2913 yess really looking forward to filming this as think this is what can really hold us back! Stay consistent and stick to a plan for your specific fitness goals for at least 8+ weeks to see actual results. Instead of switching workout plans/fitness goals all the time or quitting.
1. She stopped switching or doing random workout plans and stuck to one consistent plan for 6 months. She stopped doing fasted workouts and started eating 40 mins b4 working out, usually complex carb, which improved her workout performance.
I was questioning the same thing. So is she also saying less cardio and heavier weights? What about her food throughout the day?Did she change anything there? Did she change her frequency of eating? Did she up her protein? Also, she mentioned a calorie deficit- so did she stay in a calorie deficit but lifted heavier and did way less cardio to lean out? Is she saying you can be in a calorie deficit and still build muscle that way??
Hi Olivia. Am so happy for your progress. I have a long way to go to reach my weight and fitness goals, however i find your videos inspirational and trully motivating. Stay blessed dear and keep smiling❤❤
Im in the same spot, I was training for my half mara and doing a lot of high reps more endurance and now feel ive held a bit of weight from that and less lean and defined than i used to be.
I can’t explain to you how much I loved this video! You’re just a NORMAL person at the gym with the grunting and faces and awkwardness of that friggin thrust machine
Thus was really encouraging, thanks for sharing these helpful tips and advice. I struggle with the nutrition side of it and would absolutely love if you could share advice on how nutrition should be navigated to compliment exercise and how this can be adjusted for all fitness goals, (maintenance, deficit or surplus, reverse dieting). Any advice on how meals should be structured, what the best eating frequency would be, what macros are best to follow and what this would look like across a training and non training day in relation to each fitness goal, how to navigate nutrition if you want to begin eating intuitively but still health and fitness goals. It’s a big ask so no pressure at all but thanks and awful lot if your happy to help xx
thank you so much forsharing your journey! Do you always train to failure every set and exercise? How did you weight changed in this time? And how was your split of straight training and cardio these time?
Really appreciate you! These videos are amazing, just what I needed. You look incredible ❤ you are never preaching but just offering great advice, which is so helpful . Also where are your food cakes from please ❤ xx
Hi Olivia! I was wondering if you have any tips when it comes to nutrition and training postpartum? My baby girl is 6 months and I am now ready to get back to the gym however I am breastfeeding and just don’t know how to approach the nutrition aspect. I know you don’t have kids so not sure if you have any tips or not but worth a shot at asking!

Hey Olivia. I'm currently training for a half marathon in a few weeks time and have another half and a marathon in the near future. I want these big events to be part of my life and they're not for weight loss, but I'm really not happy with how I look and am around a stone heavier than when I've felt my best (I have also gained weight since running long distances). I know you have said about not being in a deficit if training long distances but there is no other way for me to loose weight. Are you able to give some advice? Thank you!

You are amazing Olivia! I love your content :) I'm going through the same thing right now - this is all SUPER helpful. Quick question, how do you balance running, training, and resting to balance your hormones? I'm struggling with finding a balance of everything while wanting to run more for a race I'm doing soon. Do you have any suggestions?
How long do you wait to workout after you had breakfast? Ive tried but then i would feel nauseous in the middle of my workout and vomit. This is why i dont eat breakfast before workout and im short with time. Advice?
Hands down the most Humble down to earth fitness influencer on here and she just happens to be beautiful ☺️

Have you ever lost your period while getting this lean ?
Try pausing at the top of extensions and leg curls while squeezing quads and hams - holding for 5 seconds on last rep of each set
