- As for me, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQL3A is one of the most affordable 27-inch 1440p G-Sync monitor, featuring an IPS panel, WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), a remarkable maximum refresh rate of 180 Hz, and HDR10 support.

It's crazy to me that you're the only reviewer (and a good one at that) who made a review of this product, I always see the VG27AQ3A one but not this one. Thank you for your great review, you have convinced me to go for this one.
Hey, if you get it, what do you think?
Great video! This was actually insanely helpful, picking this up tomorrow for sure
the video is amazing , keep it up😁😁
Bunun 23.8 modelinimi almalıyım yoksa LG'nin aynı fiyat civarındaki aynı özellikli monitörümü iyidir ?
A UFO ghosting test would be great.
Monitor stand height adjustment?
how is the ips glow?
I want to buy that monitor, but I am wondering if it supports arms to place it against the wall, I would like to know if you can help me with that and which arms for wall or desk do you recommend, thank you very much.
Yes it does
I appreciate your review.
Is it better to use ELMB or is it not necessary? I heard that it's dim when it's activated (especially the 3QA model)
Actually, I want to choose between this one and the LG 27GP850 which has 10 bits colors, but I still can't make the decision, to be honest.
If you have tested both can you give me an honest suggestion please.
Yes, it dims when ELMB is turned on, but you can increase it by setting the clarity level to 1. I personal preferer leaving the Variable Refresh Rate settings on, this will disable the ELMB. This works better with G-SYNC, FreeSync Premium and Adaptive-Sync. I play a lot of FPS, so I leave in the FPS profile. You can use it to some video editing too. I have it side by side with the ASUS pro-Art monitor.
@@techmymoneyTMM Thank you for your reply. That's helpful
Another question please, what are your settings for the monitor? Brightness and contrast levels.
Would you recommend this over LG UltraGear 27GR75Q-B?
As you can see in the video, I have it next to ASUS Pro Art monitor, it games fine and can be used for editing too. I just put up a review for the LG UltraGear OLED 240hz and I think it's overkill, unless you have the money to spend. As for the LG UltraGear 27GR75Q-B, that's 165hz, I would personally go this as it's a180hz with a couple features.
Does it already bring a display port cable or do we have to buy one?
Yes, it comes with a display port cable.
how is the white balance on this? I bought an Alienware monitor and the Whites were reddish and unusable in my opinion.
The white balance is good, I have it side by side with the ASUS Pro Art monitor and the SRGB mode is the same (you might need to turn up the brightness to so your editing room)
Do you have best setting to make this monitor more accurate ?
listen, most times windows never stick the accurate setting to my monitors, and you wouldn't even know this is a problem. when I bought this monitor the color looked sketchy until I watched an MKBHD video (AI Generated Videos Just Changed Forever) I had watch on my laptop and it looked different. I had to go to the windows color management to fix this, I do this all time I think it's a bug in the windows insider review version. I have this monitor side by side with the ASUS professional monitor, when I fix the setting with windows color management, this monitor holds its ground.
Can you use this specific asus monitor for Xbox series x?
Yes
did yours came with HDMI cable in the box?
yes it did
Hi,,does this monitor comes with external power supply or just the cord only? Thanks
No external power supply.
@@techmymoneyTMM thanks😊
Hello, does it come with an HDMI cable?
No
Could you please tell me the total weight of this equipment, including all components and packaging?
Según la pagina oficial de asus unos 10 kg aprox. (9,3 Kg) = Net Weight : 6.9 kg (15.21 lbs)
Net Weight without Stand : 4.6 kg (10.14 lbs)
Gross Weight : 9.3 kg (20.50 lbs
9,3 Kg (20.50 lbs)
I debating which one to buy, this one or the asus rog xg27acs, any inputs?
Which one did you go with?
@@BeLikeWater08 they are basically same specs monitors but ROG costs over 100 bucks more
Can you play 2k on 120hz xbox series s?
the short answer is YES
Is the stand height adjustable?
Yeah, the stand and sheer size of the screen is arguably the best thing about it.
The stand is extremely ergonomic, you can rotate the screen and swivels up (by maybe 20' or 30' degrees) as well as pitch it high or low. It's also a very weighty stand. I'm definitely confident that it can hold the screen no problem. As for the screen itself. Get something else.
there seems to be a lot of ghosting
mine only goes to 144hz but why?
use a display port cable to get 180hz.
Its the hdmi cable
It is good for ps5??
I’m think of buying it for ps5, I’m just worried that I won’t be able to use 1440p with 120hz at the same time
@@jcortes717same did you ever find anything on it ? cause i’m looking at asus also or something different
@@jcortes717can you?
I'm honestly extremely disappointed with this screen.
I'm not a competitive gamer and it's only me that uses it.
It's got a horrible ISP glow, it bleeds on Black's like a thunderstorm. I don't know how in fuck this got greenlit.
what was your previous/current monitor? rather than this one
For ps5 is good?
yes vrr and allm work❤
@@semihbey6751 No u are lier vrr only work with 2.1 hdmi
Yess all work in VRR and ALLM👌😊
Can anyone confirm that vrr works with this monitor on ps5 cuz I’m pretty sure u need hdmi 2.1 for ps5
@@jcortes717 with 2.0 you can.
Horrible ips glow
I have the same monitor and its honestly bad, I've had ips monitors before and had slight glow, but this monitor is bad
Ips glow is barely noticeable in normal conditions imo.
@@Z3KR. Yeah, but it's a QC problem, with this particular monitor, it's a huge lottery as I see so many people saying how bad it is. There was a guy who asked to take it out at the shop and it was awful, then he said to let's check a different one. That was fine and he took it. It's a gamble
