So today I'm gonna show you this super easy recipe that's healthy and delicious too! It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it's a great way to sneak in some extra veggies. It's basically a spinach egg bake, kind of like a frittata, but way simpler to make. All you need is some spinach, a few eggs, some mozzarella cheese, and some basic pantry staples. This is a great recipe for beginner cooks because it's a one-pan meal that comes together in about 30 minutes. It's also family-friendly and can be customized to be vegetarian, gluten-free, low-carb, keto, or paleo depending on your dietary needs. So basically, this home cooking recipe is a win-win for everyone!
Ingredients:
500 grams (about 1 pound) of spinach
Vegetable Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
4 eggs
Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Chop the spinach.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add spinach to the pan and stir.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Crack 4 eggs over the spinach.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
