Top end is not much in this bike.. raider and pulsar wil still have the advantage on this part. Also at 1lakh price Yamaha FZ fi offers disk brake, 149cc , reaction control, abs
In terms of build quality don't expect much from Hero. I have Xtreme 160R (2020) and it has lots of panel gaps and uneven body parts. I thought they would improve it on newer models, but they didn't. When one of my friends bought the new 160R 4V, I saw that it had the same issue.

hero is playing oolta. Their 160 or 200 cc motorcycles should look like this and their 125 cc bikes should look like the 200s. This 125 R will look dope with golden usd and rear disc brake setup. Looks like a big bike.

I think what Hero did great was that they have different body styles to Xtreme 160 and 125, unlike what Bajaj does with the Pulsars.
But this one looks better than xtreme 160 they should come up with the same design for the 160 as well
