    SEO is king! The potential is limitless for SEO especially when you implement a good strategy for the long run. Great list, btw!

      I agree! Though, it has a very slow offset, so Id prioritize other channels (like PPC) first, and then go long on SEO 😁

    Hello Simon!
    Thank you for sharing such an informative video.
    I was wondering, do you have experience working with SaaS projects that are in developing their partner network?
    Collaboration with you would be very interesting🙂

    is it possible to start a SAAS biz with no money I meann below $1,000, i know how to code on my own plus i got some digital marketing skills, what do you think?

    • @SimonHoiberg
      @SimonHoiberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, that's totally possible.
      Then your focus should be more on organic reach and good content + community building.
      But totally doable, yes 👌

    Great video. What about outreach? I would put it one of the first on the list.

    Hey Simon. A topic that is in my mind that I am sure is in other's too - learning to develop and code. If I don't have the funds to outsource just yet, is it viable to develop the first version of my product by learning to code and develop by myself? How long do you think this will take.

    Love your content! 💛 I have already seen your "day in the life" video, but I wonder how you cool down from work so much every day, like what activities do you do or can you recommend?

    • @SimonHoiberg
      @SimonHoiberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Really appreciate it.
      And what a great question. I'm a morning person - so I'm very effective early in the morning, and from around 1PM, my pace automatically slows down. So the last 3-4 hours of work are normally super chill.
      So I don't go directly from "hard work" to full stop, which normally doesn't require a lot of cooling down.
      Though, I do like reading in the evening!

    Thank you so much! I have a question about cold start. Which one is more important for cold start? Time or Money? Is it better to pay for ads to get target users so we can save time or find users with low cost such as community

    • @SimonHoiberg
      @SimonHoiberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You're very welcome 💪
      I think this totally depends - ads are a super effective way to validate and cold start.
      Though, not everyone has the initial cash to validate in this way, so if you're a bootstrapped SaaS, building a small private community is a great way to do this!
      I touch on that topic in this video: th-cam.com/video/nsm7sgSRD84/w-d-xo.html

    Could you give som resources fo micro product?
    I cannot find anything helpful how to create this. It would be helpful if resource is meant for developers, how does it work in background etc.
    I would like to create ad that is interactive with user, if I understood correctly, it can be done with this micro product, right?

  • @gidd
    @gidd 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Contradicting yourself by saying micro products are "under utilises" then going on to state that most products on product hunt are exactly this

    • @SimonHoiberg
      @SimonHoiberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really 😊 Just because one site on the internet mostly consists of micro products doesn't mean this channel can't be underutilized as a whole.
