It is a well finished conveniant NEW house with work space and on 10 acres of land. Ideal for people with a profession they can do in the region. Also a dry foot around the house to put your gear on. A well is always good. The wife gets access at the back without passing through the shop. Playground for the kids. Some gardening. You could BBQ on that balcony. Only 143000 USD. Call Rick.

Just get a light vacuum cleaner for upstairs. That ladder will keep u lively! I live in a 2nd floor apt. with a steep flight. I don't have to buy a stair master! My goal is, at 90, to go up and down 4-5x with a 40lb sack of dog food. Live long, die young! stay off the sugar and white grains.

They do not go through the property. You would need to drive about a mile to access them from the association roads.
Beautiful home. Just enough living space. Could even rent out that one bay to a mechanic. This will sell quickly 😊

Property taxes are annual.
$63.17 is monthly tax cost but you only pay yearly so it would be $758 a year.
