I am a proud owner of the silver ice version of the RS and must say that Triumph NAILED IT AGAIN!!! The only thing I added (aside from the fender eliminator) was a Yoshimura ALPHA-T slip-on. Oh my - what a difference!!! Thanks for the great review Capt.! You captured the excitement and vibe of this amazing machine!
Congratulations on the new member of the family ! .. My oldest just turned 40 ... I love my 2017 street Scrambler and the fact it is still a joy at very reasonable speeds ... All the best from New England , Guy

I found out years ago the addictive nature of the Speed Triple in terms of power and sound was a poor fit for my personality. I turned into a very anti social person always riding too fast and too aggressively so I will stick with the Thruxton R . The R is great fun, superb handling and a lovely sound without turning myself into an ass.
That’s the best Street Triple 765 review yet. I’ve seen lots as well. Very real world, answering every question I wanted answers too as well as many points I didn’t think of. Nice to hear from a very experienced rider. Thank you. Subscribing now and bigs thumbs up.
Congratulations on the new co-pilot Captain. So the evolution of the hooligan marches on with a capacity increase & more besides (i'm now refering to the bike) I know some of the forum members wanted more from their next Streety, looks like this one delivers big time !
Thanks Russ. Yes, it really does.. Feels better than the daytona and more comfortable than the outgoing street. Hard to imagine but it really does handle so much better. As flickable, if not a little more, and yet more planted and less flighty... Love it.
The July issue of Cycle World gives a quarter mile time of 10.89 seconds @125.74 mph for the new 'R' model and I think the RS model has around 6 more horses. But it is the sport-bike chassis and superb handling that makes the Street Triple worth the extra money over cheaper competitors. My modded 2010 STR (linear shock linkage, Ohlins TR805 shock, Arrow 3-1, QuickShifter, SuperSprox 520 conversion with +2T rear sprocket etc) is so fast and fine-handling that it is very close to the new RS so no need to upgrade to the new one. Excellent review btw!
Sounds like an awesome bike you have! I prefer the look of the originals, having owned the 2009 model. Sounds like you've really thought about your enhancements for the better! Some people don't! Thank you for the info and positive comment and thank you for watching! TBH!

I bought the street scrambler in November 17 and already needing to replace it, can’t be doing with the struggles it has to get passed chavs texting in their cars at 70mph. So the options I have within the dealership are quite vast. Watched a review on this bike by the brilliant TMF and Chaseontwowheels but this one my friend seals the deal. The direct references to the scrambler have helped also as the points you make are ones I can fully relate to. Cheers mannie, hope the new baby is well :)
Missed ya buddy. Congrats to you and the wife. Thanx for adding another bloody Triumph to my want but can't afford list. lol. I'd probably go for the R as I like the screen but don't really need all the track mode stuff. Nope, changed my mind. I like the belly pan, LED indicators and the other stuff you only get on the RS, plus the colours on the R all have red frames which I don't like. The silver RS is the mutts nuts. Mute point though as Euromillions keep pulling out the wrong bloody balls. lol
Thanks Kevin! :-) Yes, it would be a difficult decision between the R and the RS, but you do get quite a bit more for your money.... Still love my thruxton though... :-)

Firstly, congrats on the birth of your second child. Now, onto the review. The bike, and a lot of the other modern bikes out there, are a marked improvement, all things considered, over where bikes were when I started riding consistently about 18 years ago. The availability of modes, convenience, and sheer performance, as well as the balance, handling, and capabilities of the machines themselves is nothing less than mind boggling. The real issue is that pesky decal, that can turn into a much more expensive proposition when having to explain yourself to the local authorities. For most of us, it is the one thing that keeps us riding the more classic iron. Age, as well, plays a factor in this. In my mid 50s, my reflexes and vision are not what they used to be. I could easily get myself into circumstances well beyond my own control on something like that, even with great restraint. For about the past year and a half, I have been riding the 2013 Triumph Thunderbird. The bike is a beast, but it is really a nice alternative to some of the other heavy cruisers. I put over 6000 miles on it in that time, and it was relatively trouble free, with the exception of a stepper motor which was replaced under warranty. The thing is, I already have a heavy cruiser in a Harley FLHR. So, I gave some serious thought to the Bonnevilles, and test rode the T-120, which I absolutely adored. However, being slightly upside down on the Bird, trading at that time wasn't feasible. I also got a great look at the new Scrambler, which was really the bike of the line I was interested in. Beautiful machine, and maybe one day in the future... I then stopped by my local Harley dealer, and got the opportunity to ride a used 2016 Roadster. The Roadster is very similar to the Sportster, but has a lot of differences, including the brakes, and suspension. The Harley dealer then offered me 2K off of MSRP on a new bike, and offered to take the Triumph in trade. Long story short, I am now the proud owner of a NOS 2016 Roadster, and have about 600 miles on the clock. Pound for foot pound, it is plus or minus about 1 unit in comparison to the T-120, but there are a lot of differences. But after having a 99 Sporty, and two different Buells, I just felt at home on the bike. So, alas, I have returned to the Harley fold. I have thoroughly enjoyed your Triumph reviews, and if I am allowed to stay, shall continue to be a subscriber. I find your videos thoughtful and entertaining, and whether I own one or not, will always be a fan of the Triumph. I am happy to see that the company has come so far in such a short period of time, and they make a very wide range of brilliant machines, which I have had the pleasure of test riding. Keep the shiny side up, and I hope to see you and some new content in the future. The best to your and your family, especially the new addition.
Thank you very much stretch man! No need to be concerned that you have returned to the Harley fold! Nobody's perfect! ;-) They are an excellent brand and if the bike suits you then why the hell not?! Interested to hear about the differences between the sportster and the roadster. Yes, the Scrambler is the best of the bunch in my opinion for ease of riding and not too exciting thrills! Thank you for your support and feedback on my reviews. It is most welcome. Take care and ride safely and enjoy! :-) TBH!
Well, the real differences are in suspension. The Roadster has inverted forks, and dual disks up front, much like the Thruxton. The stance is approximately 3 inches higher, and the corresponding lean angle is increased as a result. The tins are different. There are some differences in the powerband as well, as the torque curve peaks at 3750 vs. 3500, and has about 3 lbs more stock. The gauge is an analog tach with a digital speedo. So, it's set up quite like a café bike, but has about the same power as a T-120. The Thruxton would tromp it on the street. Swapping the exhaust and adding a high flow air filter and tune gives it about 10% more, averaging about 79 ft lbs at the rear wheel on the dyno. Plus, you get that nice sound, but as with everything else, it comes at a price. Spins up real nice in an urban environment. The gear spacing is adequate, and only has 5 gears, compared to the Bonnies and their 6 gears. The T-120 would probably beat it on top end. I find that I hardly ever even use 5th on it, except on the highway. I got 2300.00 dollars off when I purchased a new old stock 2016. That put the price just under 9K. A new bonnie would have been about 3K more. Bonnie would have abs/traction control, rider modes, dual gauges, and heated grips. So you get more for what you are paying. If only I had a bigger garage. Maybe someday I'll win the lottery?
New subscriber to your channel. Cheers from across the pond! I really enjoy your content and looking forward to your next uploads. I recently bought a 2017 Thruxton R (my first Triumph). I love this bike so much I would park it in my family room at night so I could keep looking at it (if the wife would have it. She caught me in the garage last night staring at it. She asked "what are you doing? I said "just admiring" she laughed at me for 10 minutes). My Thruxton keeps stalling at red lights but the dealership said the first service will take care of that (with the Vance and Hines mapping). Anyway, more vids Captain! :)
+Sean Malone thank you Sean! More are coming but what with an 8 week old, I'm rather busy with family at the moment... some to record and others to edit... soon! Enjoy the bike. I still think mine is all I need after a whole year!! Busy testing out some after market stuff now... Thanks for watching and TBH!
Daniel Hilley ah, the headlights! Always a bone of contention every time they change them. I really like them as they are a combination of the original round ones and the last editions angular ones, but the angular ones were hated initially and became the norm, so I have a feeling that these will do the same... Good point though! Eye of the beholder etc... 😊 Life would be boring if we all agreed! Thanks for watching!
Captain Rambunctious As usual another great video from you.Makes me itch for the Street Triple.Yes about the headlights. It may not be the most beautiful or elegant but they makes what the Street triple is.Without them both the Street and Speed triple won't be the same anymore.I don't mind the way they look actually.
Phil480 That's right Shaggy! Comprehensive yes! That's why I gave people the chance to skip ahead but wanted to explain the modes so people could understand them before going for a demo themselves so not wasting any time once they're on the bike! 😊 Thanks for watching! TBH! Hopefully see you on Tuesday! 👍🏻😊
I've asked and my dealer is probably only getting the A2 S as an alternative as quite obviously, they think that they may as well get the RS in to sell more... I will have a look around for an R demo to video... Thanks for watching and for the idea... :-)
Well I've ordered one now... had to buy the short arse version of the R, Low Ride Height, tiny legs you see... anyway, fingers crossed it'll be here soon. Great Review!
How is the knee bend compared to the Thrux? As to power, I think you've demonstrated that bike has all you could ever need. Even if it made twice as much, it wouldn't matter as the electronics would kick in to save the rider from looping it anyway. For a modern bike, I think the style of the RS is outstanding. In a world of sportbikes that look like irradiated Japanese cartoon characters, the Triumph is a shining star.
Loved your wording at the end there... Excellent comparison... The knee bend is similar to the Thruxton. I wasn't uncomfortable and I have bad knees... A more comfortable position that the outgoing street triple by miles... Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! :-)
Captain Rambunctious great review. Can you clarify in what manner the new 765 is more comfortable than the previous 675 version? I currently have a 865 Bonnie which suits my 55 year old bones and I have been thinking of adding a STR. I'd be interested to know which bike has a more upright position as opposed to leaning forward? I think I like the look of the 765 and I like that it has traction control. As I get older, I seem to be getting more sensible. Thank you in advance for your insight.
Soooo Money not an object . What bike would you want as every day rider for thrills and fun etc. I am looking for a final bike so will spend what I can on it . I have a Harley 48 Spotster1200 now , however would like a cheaper to customise and maintain , plus tour maybe , camp out . I appreciate your feedback and comments . Regards Paul
If you don't want the classic look then probably the best fun / power / versatility is the Tiger Sport. However, if you want the classic look, camping, a little tour etc, customisable, then you can't beat the Street Scrambler or even the older 865cc Scrambler... But the new one is great fun to ride...
Pls do a review of the s model if you can. It would be good to note the differences between the cheapest and most expensive model. And a good excuse for a blast! Not keen on the info screen, prefer clocks.
Ok, I'll see if I can find a dealer with the S model... Then yes, I will! :-) Excellent point. After all, I can only compare them properly once I've ridden then, like I did with the Standard and R model Thruxtons... Thanks for watching and for the advice!
True, but I'd rather ride a bike on nicer roads! Hemel isn't that bad, just got to watch out for speed bumps etc... The old town has cobbles doesn't it as well?
Great review thanks. I own a T120 at the moment and was considering also getting a Thruxron R or a Street Triple RS. I am thinking the Thruxton would be too similar to the T120 and for a bit of contrast the St Triple would be better. Thoughts?
You are right that they are similar but they ride quite differently and if you prefer old school looks then the Thruxton is different enough. I know what you mean though. 2 1200 triumphs in your stable? The street Triple RS is a much better machine in pretty much all respects other than looks though, so up to your own preference really. Although the Thruxton is also more expensive so you are getting more for your money with the street triple RS... Hope this helps a bit? Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment! :-)
I love this review of the RS. I ended up getting the Thruxton R to keep my 120 company - and a 2015 Ducati Monster 821 and a 2005 Kawasaki ZXR 1200R. Hopefully the bike fleet will stay at that number.
Just to say, that sound you're getting has almost zilch to do with the exhaust. Not getting on at you directly, just so tiring hearing so many reviewers say "the sound isn't too bad for a stock can". It's 99% induction noise! ;)
Is it really?! That low down grumble noise is the induction? I thought the induction was the whine and roar? I stand corrected! Thanks for the advice... I'll try to remedy that in future videos... I might even have more listens to see! Thanks again!
A resounding YES! My mate had the new street triple RS and said it was amazing, but always revving it and always at illegal speeds to have any 'fun'. He rode my Thruxton R and swapped his street triple for a Thruxton R the next week... So much more fun at 'normal' speeds... Spot on sir...
Hi Pietro. It's not a watch unfortunately but the remote for my Drift camera... Would be quite a cool blocky watch though... Hmm... Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Hey Cap, nice to see you back in the saddle, it seems ages since I enjoyed your last review. Congrats on the birth of baby R. I'm going to demo the RS Stiple shortly. I took out the Speedy last week and loved it. I'm wondering if the speedy, although faster, might be a more relaxed less aggressive ride. Did you make it to the sausage fest at loomie's?
I would say the speedy is a more relaxed ride but yes, still a little more aggressive on the throttle... Thank you, 4 weeks so far so good... I didn't make it I'm afraid as weekends at the moment are precious with the family.. Give it another month or two... ;-) Thanks for watching! :-)
I'm still interested in trying the Thruxton R but unfortunately Bulldog don't have a demo Thrusty and Destination want a £1000 excess, which makes me nervous. I wonder if the next Speedy will get all those lovely new electronics the RS has.
I would have thought so to keep up with the BMW S1000R and the like... Will be a while though I'd have thought as they'd want to differentiate between models...
What do you think of this bike as a beginner bike, after one passes the Direct access? Im stuck between this and the MT07 at the moment. Thoughts please. Im 27years, 5'7" tall
Captain Rambunctious also looks like the H on the other side is lifting too, me thinks Triumph will be having a lot of warranty claims for tank badges if that is a fault on all bikes! 😳
It's a problem with fast bikes. People can talk all they like about self-control, but quick bikes like to be spanked; they _feel_ off when ridden slowly. I think it's a reason I may go for something sensible as my next bike.
Sullybiker I had a Yamaha Thunderace 20 years ago, loved it, toured all over, but doing the speed limit was frankly boring. Chopped it for a husqvarna te610e and had other trail bikes since. The Street triple looks so much fun though....
I was going to spend 3-4 grand on a street triple 675 but now I might just have to get one of these. I have the money but it will probably mean divorce! What do I do???
Nevets how much would you get in the divorce? 😉 This is such a leap forward and definitely future proof so should hold its value very well... When it comes to the divorce I’m afraid that I can’t help you though...
I think I might have to get a 675 for a year and then px it. What a sensible chap I am... Err, on second thoughts, I will pay a visit to Maidstone on Monday and make a spontaneous decision.
Rambunctious, my man, I note correctly! T missing on the tank left-hand side? Also noted you were having real difficulty to stay legal. Cheers, and take care.
Yes! It's been noted about the T! Makes my walk around looks crap that I didn't even notice! I must have been riding so fast and illegally it flew off! :-) Thanks for watching! :-) Personally, such a fast bike that I have never had to edit the speed out so much in any of my videos before... :-)
Hey Captain, did you feel excessive vibrations at around 8K RPM? Mine is quite unbearable. :( Taking her in to the dealer soon to get her checked out... Thank you.
Casper Dawson no I didn't. Certainly not enough to find it noticeable anyway... as you saw, I sat at higher revs for quite some time and I suppose thinking back, there were vibrations but not enough for me to truly notice... Does that make sense? I hope you get it sorted out to your satisfaction... it may be that yours wasn't balanced properly? Or maybe even the tyres werent? Thanks for watching and for the comment.
Ok this one seems a bit more reasonable than the speed triple rs. But how are you not constantly tempted to just hooligan it at all times. I’m already looking for my second bike before i get my t100 next month😂
Furygan James Rusted D3O gloves. Very comfortable with D3O knuckle armour but no other armour... I think that they suit the style of older bikes nicely... Thanks for watching!
Big T oh it isn’t on purpose. I’ve just established a good relationship with my local dealer. I am due to review a BMW on Wednesday as it happens but will probably have to cancel due to the weather... but slowly getting there!
Abbas Ali Mitza I've had my new thruxton R for over a year now and no leaks. Had Triupmhs for 6 years now, no oil leaks. I think you can safely say that's consigned to pre 1990s
Not really. Took me 20 mins to get used to it and for those that like all the electronic trickery, it really does work... And on track I would have thought it would be invaluable...
Sir i am sincerely sorry it means dont leave you're phone left unattended for stupid fellows to think there funny and offend people with you're phone honestly so sorry Charlie
Enjoyed this video, but the bike is too expensive, better off with the standard model, and save 2k, even better get a mint secondhand old model. All the best.
Captain, My Captain. You have been robbed by this guy: th-cam.com/video/iErQFbjXJXw/w-d-xo.html. He is presenting your review under his name. I thought you should know.
Thank you for finding this! All looks extremely familiar! Awful editing as well! ;-) I have put in a complaint. Thank you! :-) Not sure why anyone would want to copy my material but there you go! :-)
What's with having the stupid logo hide the controls? Pretty obvious that you were speeding, but as it's a review of the bike, we would like to see what is displayed. If you don't want to post videos which show you breaking the law, then don't bloody well do it while filming! "Ooh, I'm speeding, but I don't want you to see it!" Waste of space...
Phil Buglass in advice from police friends, any over exuberant speed must be covered to stop prosecution. If it's me saying look at me I'm speeding, then maybe I am! I am after all a horrendous show off Thanks for watching and obviously enjoying it enough to comment! Tally Bally Ho!

LOVE the SOUND of a Triumph Triple ! I've never had a 4, my only
was a K75s BMW
Cool... Yes, the triumph triple is very addictive... Hard to put my finger on why exactly, but amazing fun,
Late to the party on this video but this is one of the finalist to buy next year. Thnx CR !!!

TBH!
That whistle,
and I'm liking the look of it in black.
Yes, it's lovely! :-)
Thanks for watching.
Only thing I don't like is they grey parts on the engine. Really sticks out on the black one.
SineOccasu agree with you there.
Glad to see you back again, Captain!
Thank you! Was always here, just trying to find time to edit! :-)
Captain Rambunctious I
? Typo?
This is about the only bike that could tempt me away from wanting the soon to be released KTM 790 Duke. Nice review Captain! :-)
Thank you! :-) Thanks for watching...
Congratulations Captain! How about a converting the Thruxton R to an outfit with a baby-seat?
Ah, good idea, but wifey isn't happy about our older son getting on my bike, let alone the baby!!
Captain Rambunctious I'd rather get my son (2,5) a biker on his own than out him on mine xD
Well done review - very detailed, very relaxed and complete. Riumph!!!!!!! lol.
Thanks Scott!
Yeah, doh! I WAS going really fast! :-)
Everything but the fugly headlights! Love it!
Life would be boring if we all agreed!
Thanks for watching!
Captain Rambunctious yeah lights aren't prefect but better than before
Captain Rambunctious As usual another great video from you.Makes me itch for the Street Triple.Yes about the headlights. It may not be the most beautiful or elegant but they makes what the Street triple is.Without them both the Street and Speed triple won't be the same anymore.I don't mind the way they look actually.
Congrats on the new addition.
Thank you Jose! :-) 8 weeks old now!!
Riumph? Is that what Scooby-doo rides?
Can you get Netflix on that screen? hahaha
Nice thorough review :)
Phil480 That's right Shaggy!
Comprehensive yes! That's why I gave people the chance to skip ahead but wanted to explain the modes so people could understand them before going for a demo themselves so not wasting any time once they're on the bike! 😊
Thanks for watching! TBH!
Hopefully see you on Tuesday! 👍🏻😊
This really does sound amazing.
It's intoxicating, and with a quick shifter as well, soooo good...
Nice video! I hope you can make one for the "r" version as well.
Awesome news Adam. Bigglesworth has got one now too and LOVES it! :-)
Enjoy and thank you for watching! :-)
Screen is pretty tasty. I wonder if the Tigers will get it with Sat Nav, that would be something.
It really would!
Excellent point. After all, I can only compare them properly once I've ridden then, like I did with the Standard and R model Thruxtons...
Thanks for watching and for the advice!
your review made me buy it
Wow! Are you happy with it? I would have thought so!
Very pleased, once again triumph has outdone themselves. Keep up the great reviews.
Thank you Joe! Excellent to hear! :-)
Still love the Thrux R cuz it feels so elegant
Anthony Jaswinski yup! But also more fun at lower speeds!
Brilliant video 👍
martin perkins thank you Martin and thank you for watching and taking the time to comment!
You sounded like Stevie Nicks when talking on the bumpy road😄
I live in Hemel you should definitely start riding around actually kn Hemel to show what the bikes are like in the shitty roads of Hemel
Excellent review captain. Have you tried the XSR900? Curious how they compare.
I haven't sir! Looks like I may have to now! :-)
This is amazing bike ,i have got one june last year captin rambunksus
Thanks Paul! Thanks for watching!
congrats dad
Thank you!
I'm sure you mentioned this elsewhere... But what riding gloves are you wearing in this video Captain?
So if you had the choice of just one bike, your Thruxton R, Street Triple RS or Speed Triple ?
Also excellent video :)
KarlosH Thruxton R out of those 3...
@@CaptainRambunctious What would make you swap the Thruxton R ? A super charged Rocket 3 maybe ? :-D
KarlosH it’s not that... the other two are better bikes, just not the look that I love...
Is it too much for the street, you think? Is the Thruxton better suited?
A resounding YES!
My mate had the new street triple RS and said it was amazing, but always revving it and always at illegal speeds to have any 'fun'. He rode my Thruxton R and swapped his street triple for a Thruxton R the next week... So much more fun at 'normal' speeds... Spot on sir...
Hy cap, can you tell me something about your strange watch on the right wrist? Thanks
Give it another month or two... ;-)
Thanks for watching!
Does this also qualify for a Tripling song?, or didnt you have time between gear-changes old bean?
I wish it did!
Have they re-named the company Riumph? (Check the left tank badge!) 😉
David East how the hell did I miss that?! Blimey!
Captain Rambunctious also looks like the H on the other side is lifting too, me thinks Triumph will be having a lot of warranty claims for tank badges if that is a fault on all bikes! 😳
Maybe I just rode it so much faster than Triumph expected anyone to do! ;-)
Also makes a mockery of my walk around that I didn't even spot it!!
Hahaha, yes I can see their faces now. "Well it said Triumph when you took it out, just how fast were you going sir?" Hahaha!
nice review, but I think this beast would get me into waaay too much trouble. Scrambler giggles for me.
Agreed... I haven't had to so much editing out of the speedo before!
It's a problem with fast bikes. People can talk all they like about self-control, but quick bikes like to be spanked; they _feel_ off when ridden slowly. I think it's a reason I may go for something sensible as my next bike.
If that is the case, just try the new Street Scrambler... See what you think...
Sullybiker I had a Yamaha Thunderace 20 years ago, loved it, toured all over, but doing the speed limit was frankly boring. Chopped it for a husqvarna te610e and had other trail bikes since. The Street triple looks so much fun though....
Oh it is... I hope I gave that impression!
Good News there How is the Wife and Little one?
Thank you. Yes, all well! I couldn't be luckier or happier..
I was going to spend 3-4 grand on a street triple 675 but now I might just have to get one of these. I have the money but it will probably mean divorce! What do I do???
Nevets how much would you get in the divorce? 😉
This is such a leap forward and definitely future proof so should hold its value very well...
When it comes to the divorce I’m afraid that I can’t help you though...
I think I might have to get a 675 for a year and then px it. What a sensible chap I am... Err, on second thoughts, I will pay a visit to Maidstone on Monday and make a spontaneous decision.
Captain: Is that what they call "hooning"?
I wouldn't know, but I believe so... ;-)
You spent that much time to screen adjustement? When is one time finished, is finish.
May I ask what's on your wrist? One of these step counter jobbies?
It's the remote control for my video camera... It flashes red when recording...
Where do you get your jacket's ?
From the Triumph dealer shops or bay or www.triumphfactoryoutlet.com ... Or I find the jacket I want and use google! :-)
Thanks for watching! :-)
Personally, such a fast bike that I have never had to edit the speed out so much in any of my videos before... :-)
Only what you don't see at speed is likely to take life. So be careful Cheers.
And when you press the Home key it plays a little melody..
Ok this one seems a bit more reasonable than the speed triple rs. But how are you not constantly tempted to just hooligan it at all times. I’m already looking for my second bike before i get my t100 next month😂
What gloves are those?
Furygan James Rusted D3O gloves. Very comfortable with D3O knuckle armour but no other armour... I think that they suit the style of older bikes nicely...
Thanks for watching!
Nice review. Very comprehensive. License beware.
RS has 123 HP, not 128
I stand corrected! Thank you! I'll put that in the description. :-) I must have been thinking of the old speed triple at the time..
Streamlines What’s your point ?
How come you only review Triumphs?
Big T oh it isn’t on purpose. I’ve just established a good relationship with my local dealer. I am due to review a BMW on Wednesday as it happens but will probably have to cancel due to the weather... but slowly getting there!
dude love your vids but you need to cover up your speed on the vids.
I thought that I had enough! :-)
Your a dare devil captain my captain !
Thomas Evers that's me! 😉😜
Me being a computer illiterate luddite means that I probably wouldn't be able to ride this 2 wheeled laptop!
Enjoyed your review , all the best to you. Tallyballyho
@Captain Rambunctious, how tall are you?
6'1" / 185cms...
Hmm... should I give it a try with my 193cm? I ask, because the next triumph dealer is far away for me in germany.
I'd say that there is more room on this one than previous versions, but it will be tight. Depends on how flexible you are. Should be ok...
Captain Rambunctious how do you feel it? I've got your same height!!
Is it comfortable for a long ride too? Thanks!!
My new bike
Good choice! :-)
speedo hiding lvl 999 :D
You can now say 'electronic aids' without laughing... middle-age comes to us all.
Ha ha! I do spend a lot time trying to suppress it.... ;-)
Lol!!
weapon!!
Thanks for watching Craig.
WHAT ABOUT TRADITIONAL OIL LEAKS ?
Abbas Ali Mitza I've had my new thruxton R for over a year now and no leaks. Had Triupmhs for 6 years now, no oil leaks. I think you can safely say that's consigned to pre 1990s
Captain Rambunctious okay
Screw that traction control
Good thing you can turn it off!
Blimey, so you have to have a degree in IT before you can ride it. Over complicated?
Not really. Took me 20 mins to get used to it and for those that like all the electronic trickery, it really does work... And on track I would have thought it would be invaluable...
Ok, fair enough.
For God sakes would someone come up with a plate holder that doesn’t look like complete shit! Please a beg you guys on all brands of naked s
The new Street Triple comes with ISOFIX fittings too, so you can put a child seat in the back of the Triple when your wife pops.
Awesome! I missed those bits... I'll have a good look next time! ;-)
Sir i am sincerely sorry it means dont leave you're phone left unattended for stupid fellows to think there funny and offend people with you're phone honestly so sorry Charlie
Datonery?? hehe
Enjoyed this video, but the bike is too expensive, better off with the standard model, and save 2k, even better get a mint secondhand old model. All the best.
Fair points.. I owned a 2009 model and loved it!
But I do love the toys...
Captain, My Captain.
You have been robbed by this guy:
th-cam.com/video/iErQFbjXJXw/w-d-xo.html.
He is presenting your review under his name. I thought you should know.
Thank you for finding this! All looks extremely familiar! Awful editing as well! ;-)
I have put in a complaint. Thank you! :-)
Not sure why anyone would want to copy my material but there you go! :-)
Can tell you, if you still breath. Go to the driving school.
While riding a bike it is not good to take a video by your self
What's with having the stupid logo hide the controls? Pretty obvious that you were speeding, but as it's a review of the bike, we would like to see what is displayed. If you don't want to post videos which show you breaking the law, then don't bloody well do it while filming! "Ooh, I'm speeding, but I don't want you to see it!" Waste of space...
whinge whinge
Phil Buglass in advice from police friends, any over exuberant speed must be covered to stop prosecution. If it's me saying look at me I'm speeding, then maybe I am! I am after all a horrendous show off
Thanks for watching and obviously enjoying it enough to comment!
Tally Bally Ho!
Too much waffle and not enough details
MY NINJA 12 R IS MORE POWERFUL IT'S TOP SPEED 325 KM 3RD GEAR IS ENOUGH TO OVERTAKE TRIUMPH TRIPLE.
Abbas Ali Mitza sounds awesome!
