A guy got on my bus today. The smell was amazing and lingered in the air as I was driving along. When we got to the destination I had to ask him what his fragrance was. And he said it was Bois imperial. He seemed quite happy to share, and from this experience I can highly recommend this fragrance alone. I will be definitely buying this!

A very interesting discovery today. I didn’t buy Ganymede so I saw the duplicate of Dua frags and bought that. When I got it I couldn’t see what the hype was about. Going through a box today I found a sample of Bois, and sprayed both and OMG it’s full of these beautiful notes completely different from Cupbearer from Dua. The Dua is FLAT and lifeless compared to this. Ordering this today. Awesome
I love this. It's a bright, cooling, airy, tangy (more acidic not metallic) woodiness with an obvious spicy/peppery and herbal/basil note. On paper the basil is very strong while on skin it blends together with the notes better. Classy, elegant and pretty versatile, fresh and cooling but with a depth that easily works in early spring and late fall. Idk how it fares in the wintertime but we'll see.
Just received a discovery set from this house and stumbled upon your review while I was testing the scents. I am loving Divine Vanille but I think Bois Imperial might be great on my husband!
damn i was waiting for someone to say this , I have not smelld it yet but ordered a decant of noise imperial . i also have e small vial of gfs which love , how close are they ?
I wanted green perfume and went into perfume shop. It wasn’t original made but extract mixed with perfume oil… all their perfumes sting the same… And this one was a blind buy and literally similar to Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt or earl grey tea but not that’s strong! I asked for green scent close to urban like CDGs, and got woody light which is good for business meetings, but I can’t understand it because it’s high concentrated.
I ordered this one from a recommendation from Equality Fragrance. The way you describe Ganyemede is the same way I feel about it. It’s real unique but a little to unique to be a easy wear even though it’s not super pungent. Can’t wait to get Bois Imperial in my hands because this seems like a more wearable and affordable alternative
Nice take on this! Thanks! It really is a good one. For the life of me, I don't know why I grabbed Mon Vetiver instead. I do agree than Ganymede is slightly better and has a little more character but Bois Imperial is pretty good and easier to wear.
Looking forward to sampling the line, especially bois. Have a sample of Ganymede and find it intriguing at best, but I need more time with it. Bisch loves playing with synthetic molecules, especially Ambroxide. Not sure if I’ll ever get a full bottle of Ganymede considering the price tag and availability. Hoping bois scratch’s the itch and urge to splurge on the aforementioned.
This is the best example how fragrances are very very subjective. Bois is like watered Ganymede. Gany dna is there but no richness,uniqueness,heavy powerful ingredients there makes Ganymede new level. Just sold my new bottle of Bois Imperial. To weak and empty for my taste.

Bois imperial is similar ganymede.. But ganymede is above..

On me it smells like a campsite and bug spray. lol but in the best way!
This is an awful stench for me, it's strong and it lasts two days long lol, try it out before buying!
