I wish this is how even early brit colonizers to India had interacted with Indians, respectfully. Would have likely built an incredibly progressive society together with mutual knowledge sharing.
@16.47 wow after watching the whole series and finding it absolutely wonderful, I found something that I completely disagree with. Raw food doesn't create gas, and cooked food is not easier to digest because the enzymes are killed in the process of cooking. So the body has to process the food without the enzymes which makes us feel lethargic after eating. I know by experience because 2 months of raw vegan food got me rid of bloating, indigestion problems, gas, migraines, excess mucus, brain fog and so much more!
that's because you're a pitta (or maybe kapha). you thrive off raw food. I'm super vata and raw food, cold smoothies, and salads have created the worst imbalance in my body, extreme gas and bloating. I'm recovering now and feeling much better eating cooked foods and more fat and protein, but what raw veggies have done to my body is horrific.
People would avoid talking to a flat earther at all costs. But they don't have an issue consulting to someone who says if you eat a goat, you'll get its attributes.
Animals are no different than us, alive and sensitive. Disappointing revelation on ayurveda, because we don't consume our neighbor if he's got nice qualities. Why kill an animal then? Anima - means Soul in latin language. But 6:10 soothes the heart, when the doctor states that there's no need to consume meat, that all nutrition is available from plants.
Thank you Dr. Neelesh and Mr. Stuart for this resourceful conversation.
