Basically Quran aur Hadith me camera se picture banana mana nahi he. Islam generally prohibits the idea of idol worshipping. So if a person clicking a picture with camera, That picture is basically his Image or reflection which Prophet Muhammad SAW used to see himself in the mirror. The picture which got anyone to the idea of Worshipping is restricted in Islam because worshiping is only for Allah.

After laying my eyes on different travel video's n podcasts, i came to know all the economically fast passed Islamic worlds who progressed like Turkey for example have pubs in mosques too[for Foreigners], tourism has flourished, Females wore shorts and Abaya's but didn't attracted un necessary attention from Turks.
Dr Pervaiz but that's somehow also the case in Pakistan but if one goes to conservative Bazaars n places then it's different. When we visit churches, mandirs..we are required to dress modestly and dress in a way to merge in there culture. I often see White and black people here in there in Pakistan comfortably enjoying themselves.
Hajj/umrah was not allowed to travel by air/sea.
Tv and photos was banned
English language not desired
Secular education in secular educational institutions not desired
Female education was not desirable
Car driving not allowed
Pant shirts considered sinful

2. A slave who discharges his duties to Allah and his master.

First of all, I don't consider sunni islam a credible version of islam so pure islamic morality can't be achieved following this version due to lack of IJTIHAD and proper institutionalisation. Secondly, If lets suppose the sunni version is to some extent credible then the policies you mentioned about UAE and KSA are not islam driven, those policies are political or propaganda based.
MBZ of UAE once said that "Indoctrination of his father against the west backfired". So, the system of KSA and UAE are not a good example to discuss about Islamic system of government and public policies.

Sir I would just like to correct you on one point, which is that Islam prohibits drawing only, which is a sketch of any living thing made by hand. It does not prohibit photography or videography because that is just a reflection of reality which is recorded in a camera.
