Just want to say, I very much appreciate this ministry, and it has helped me greatly to understand the Kingdom of God. That said, the way I view “Christian Nationalism” is definitely different than how it’s defined by RTB. If “Christian Nationalism” means “allegiance to a nation *rather than* allegiance to the Kingdom of God, I agree 100% with RTB. But that’s not the definition of “Christian Nationalism” I am acquainted with. I understand it as “discipling the nations”, and by the power of the Gospel and the Holy Spirit, bringing the nations into willing submission to Christ the King. National identity within the Kingdom is a God-ordained and glorious thing, in which I see each nation being almost “provincial” within the universal Kingdom of God in Christ. If there are flaws in this thinking, I’d genuinely love to see RTB explain how and why.
Whichever way the election goes, our calling is the same. Pray as hard, whichever regime God allows to rule. Your definition of Christian Nationalism is an oxymoron. Let’s not forget that it’s God who sets the boundaries of the nations and God who through both His will and the free will of peoples empowers rulers. We are a nation whose boundaries are set by God and it’s the responsibility of every Christian to make choices before them that reflect the moral values that Christ has set out for us. There is no none participation for the Christian. We either believe God gave us the nation we have and we are to make choices and advocate for our Christian values in leadership or we turn our back on the blessing that’s been bestowed by our God and let evil rule. No human, no nation is perfect. Christian Nationalism is a modern day concept whose definition is fluid and doesn’t apply to Christians who are grateful for the nation God has given and actively participate in choosing leaders who reflect kingdom values. This panel lacks the balance that would come from a Christian with an expertise in political science. The Bible does not directly speak to the responsibilities of a citizen in a democracy. I agree that Christians need to put their trust in God, not in human leaders, but this discussion is lacking a full orbed perspective on our responsibilities as Christians in a democracy.

It said to engage in the process of voting, serving in positions of local and federal offices of service for the common good, etc. I hope that everyone here does at least go out and vote. So we can vote or enact law or do anything as long as you know how to judge all things related to the kingdom of Christ. We are not to live by the choice of good and evil. I too disagree with the definition. Jesus's commission is to disciple the nations. I understand that to preach the gospel to sinful people to repent and confess Jesus as Lord so that all the different nations will become Christ followers as they still remain in the nation God appointed for them. When we were children,were asked to love and have trust in Christ and obey his teachings .his teachings are to love and serve others and never to hurt others .this was our guiding principles and our philosophy of life and to this day it is the same .the Christian world has thrown away Christ and his teachings and that is why the whole world is suffering.the solution is go back to Christ and his lofty teachings!

Your definition of Christian Nationalism is an oxymoron. Let’s not forget that it’s God who sets the boundaries of the nations and God who through both His will and the free will of peoples empowers rulers. We are a nation whose boundaries are set by God and it’s the responsibility of every Christian to make choices before them that reflect the moral values that Christ has set out for us. There is no none participation for the Christian. We either believe God gave us the nation we have and we are to make choices and advocate for our Christian values in leadership or we turn our back on the blessing that’s been bestowed by our God and let evil rule. No human, no nation is perfect. Christian Nationalism is a modern day concept whose definition is fluid and doesn’t apply to Christians who are grateful for the nation God has given and actively participate in choosing leaders who reflect kingdom values. Let’s not forget, the difference between us today and the nations of ancient times is our leaders are given by God as a choice by people.
This panel lacks the balance that would come from a Christian with an expertise in political science. The Bible does not directly speak to the responsibilities of a citizen in a democracy. I agree that Christians need to put their trust in God, not in human leaders, but this discussion is lacking a full orbed perspective on our responsibilities as Christians in a democracy.

I thought it did quite a good job. It said to engage in the process of voting, serving in positions of local and federal offices of service for the common good, etc. I hope that everyone here does at least go out and vote. And if they have the education experience and time to go and run for a city government position.
