I had been looking for a puppy for along time I finally found Isabel she was just eight weeks old they were feeding her twice a day on adult dog food she was so underwight I just said I'll have her I didn't ask any more questions She is now ideal weight vets really happy I'm really happy and best of all Isabel is happy 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Yes,they definitely have their own personalities! My last chi was so full of energy and loved family,even when my cousins were rowdy toddlers. Her protecveness had her chasing people and other much larger dogs away! Her brother was the cautious one,and slow to warm up to anyone. He avoided many people.

I’m in Canada and have visited my new baby a fawn and white boy named Louis. I went to view the girl pups but his personality was the sell. Our Roxie picked us. The breeder said she barked and ran from everyone else. With us she jumped up on our leg and let us hold her. We knew she was meant for us.

Dempsey is like Hamster. He is happy to sit on my shoulder and look out of the window just watching the weather and the birds. Every so often be gives me a kiss and I have to clean my glasses. 😂 He is happy to be handed to random people but always keeps an eye on me. He definitely did chose me when I went to the breeder. We literally just locked eyes and tell in love. 💖 I was looking for a long haired female ! We sat and watched some of your older videos today, and you are one ace advocate for pet welfare, and for responsible breeding. Fantastic ! 💖 from Scotland.

Hamster is my kind of chihuahua he is gorgeous
I never picked my puppies but they picked us it were picked for us. Our latest puppy was the last of a litter of five and I fell for the photo and she was delivered to us. Didn’t have a clue on her personality but it all worked out as she is just such a smart, independent, quiet, playful and just perfect for our family. My previous chihuahua was just an fiercely protective, love bug who was super energetic. I want to get another and will be more selective with the next puppy so I know it will fit our family.

@@SweetiePiePets yeah it was a long time coming. Was wanting a chihuahua for the past 2 years since my boy passed and the timing now was just right. She’s healing my heart and helping me overcome my depression and anxiety since having a car accident.
Hamster looks just like my Chihuahua that my godparents gave away without asking me when I went off to college. I miss you, Tinkertoy! 🐶😢

Hello 👋 again I forgot to mention I wanted a short hair Chihuahua. I lost my Maltipoo when I was in rehab for a broken femur in 2019-2020. 6mo.s. She was 10 yrs old sick blind and missed me terribly we were close. It was just her n I. Now I’m ready for my Chihuahua I think 🤔 Blue Eyed Jim is adorable.
My Apollo is calm like Hamster. My puppy loves nothing more than to cuddle and fall asleep on my lap.

Isn’t it funny how they’re all so unique? Before I knew that much about chihuahuas I just thought they were all basically the same personality. I was so, so wrong!
They are adorable! 😍 I loved watching this!! our chihuahua is a curious, explorer and full of happy! Always finds something to play with, usually a flip flop or somehow my favorite cassette tape I lost 20 years ago. Our Doby runs exactly like Pumpkin. Reminds me of horses when they trott or prance. He’s really smart! Five months old and he walks perfectly on a leash! We taught him sit, lay down, fetch and the biggest thing was stairs. He is always so proud after achieving those tasks. Chihuahuas are fun and loyal.

Aud right? The other day I found Hamster running around with my husband’s night guard. I was scratching my head wondering where he found it. LOL. Now that he found it for me I can once again try and get James to use it so he stops grinding his teeth while he sleeps. Hahaha

Any luck getting him to try the night guard? My husband wants to try that Zyppah (Happyz backwards lol). It’s a sleep mouth piece. Looks really uncomfortable to me!!
Aud oh, interesting. I’ve never heard of that one. I’ll have to look it up. No he absolutely will NOT wear the mouth guard. You’re right, I bet he hid it and that’s how Hamster found it. 😎 he’s so helpful 😍

Lucille is in heat now🤷♀️ when to breed here and what stage I know I can’t breed her on her. Fist heAt but I wanna know at what stage to do it , I have looked up in the web it wasn’t helpful maybe you could help
Katerina Arredondo yes it’s best to skip the first heat and depending on timing, even the second heat. I think it’s best for them to be at least 15 months old before breeding.
That's very true my first little girl my x wife got. For here self and I only had big dogs. Well that 4 lbs girl said no way and picked me .
Aces & eights AZ HV/AC,Sparky and guns 🤣 right? Sometimes that happens even when we don’t want it to 😍 I can’t tell you the number of times a husband/wife came to see one of my puppies because the wife wanted a puppy and they husband arrived with eyes rolled back 🙄 but then left an hour later, puppy in hand with his eye roll changed to this 😍

How often should Chihuahuas be fed? Snacks?
Keep snacks to a bare minimum. If you do like to give them snacks, it’s best to give them healthy snacks, such as small pieces of apple and carrots. Processed snacks are not very healthy and can quickly cause excess weight.
