It was just a simple half double crochet stitch with a reverse single crochet border. It was just something simple I played around with. It turned out nicely and was very quick.

I got one of those letters saying I owed over $20.00 and my order was just over $30.00. I ignored it as there was no way I could find a way to contact them only if I was paying it…YEA! Right! So far no more requests from them. (Fedex) Canada post hold your order till you pay up! (Also exorbitant) so if I order from US I go over to pick up as it is very close by.but will not order from Ice yarns or any international company 😭😭😭 because of the custom agent robber barons..lol

It's a tough pill to swallow when the dreaded surprise bill comes in the mail from those third party handling fees (brokerage fees). You're so lucky that you're close to where ever you need to go and collect it yourself. I'm not as lucky with my new location. It will mean when I'm next in the States, I'll have to stock up... LOL!

Happy New Year - and thanks for sharing your haul. I have some ideas for a mood board and my PC (where I was working on it) acted up. Hoping to get it to you. Its a good challenge for me (a little stretch of my comfort zone in a good way). And regardless if I get my entry in, just the challenge has me thinking about colors and looking at colors in my world differently, so thank you for that.
