Love the colors of Schitts Creek yarn. I made a baby blanket out of the Mandala Phoenix brand . It worked up beautifully. Wishing you and Chad a wonderful New Year.
Ooh nice, what pattern did you use? I just bought both of these yarns.
It was just a simple half double crochet stitch with a reverse single crochet border. It was just something simple I played around with. It turned out nicely and was very quick.

I got one of those letters saying I owed over $20.00 and my order was just over $30.00. I ignored it as there was no way I could find a way to contact them only if I was paying it…YEA! Right! So far no more requests from them. (Fedex) Canada post hold your order till you pay up! (Also exorbitant) so if I order from US I go over to pick up as it is very close by.but will not order from Ice yarns or any international company 😭😭😭 because of the custom agent robber barons..lol

It's a tough pill to swallow when the dreaded surprise bill comes in the mail from those third party handling fees (brokerage fees). You're so lucky that you're close to where ever you need to go and collect it yourself. I'm not as lucky with my new location. It will mean when I'm next in the States, I'll have to stock up... LOL!

Happy New Year! I love Lion Brand. I think of you as the Steven West of crochet. Would you have time to design a scarf/narrow shawl with a Steven West vibe. I love his work but I don't knit, (no desire, too busy and so much to explore in the crochet world) and have yet to find his flare in a crochet pattern. Hi Gary! I used the Schitts Creek yarns to make Juan the yarn addicts Cambridge nights set. Turned out great. I used Johnny suit grey and Rosebud motel zi think it's called. I dunno the redish burgandy, lol. Decent yarn to work with. Happy New Year

I thought it was interesting that the first yarn you showed, Schitt's Creek, was holding your finger prints for quite a while when you stopped squishing the skein as you were mentioning the stickyness (is that a word?) of it.
