What a wonderful idea!! The idea of having nutritious and edible disposable spoons and forks!!! Plus saving the currently rapidly decreasing groundwater by using millet instead of high-groundwater-consuming rice as the base that replaces plastic. It's so sad that the last 4 minutes of this video is stuck without sound or video, stuck on a still photo of an aerial view of a city.
