55 to 1 is a very lean mix your rings will be gone soon I run 32 to1 and my piston and rings last a long time 😊
50 to 1 is a race mix and they replace the piston and rings after every race
The 112 jus has longer strokes
How tall are you guys? looking at this bike for our kid whos 5'7
Idk but I’m thinking abt getting one and I’m 5’6-5’7
Also thicker rings thicker crank and thicker shift forks
55:1 is insane, I run 36:1 on my Kx100
We use them for trail riding, any richer and we foul the plug
So the 112 has more torque
Both nice bikes but i dont think either of them come close to the ktm 105, good video
55:1 is crazy for a kx112! And the kx100 has way to high an idle.
Now I run 44:1 on my 112
Also it’s not a high idle it’s just because the choke was on.

Yea the kx100 is idling through the roof
Does the 1122 have the same power valve?
I’m pretty sure
Are they the same height and witch one is faster
Yeah pretty much the same the 112 has more torque

No difference besides engine ??
Yep the kx112 has a 5.8mm taller connecting rod and cylinder(stroke) but has the same diameter piston(bore), that’s the only difference between the 2 bikes
