I'm glad you enjoy it, but also wanted to let people know the company behind this kept my $200 from the initial Lobotomy and never fulfilled it, citing I had paid for them to produce the game, not necessarily for the physical game itself. They don't respond to messages and have zero interest in customer service. Just wanted people to know how unscrupulous they can be.
Thanks for watching and for posting. I am sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with the first game and that you didn't get your copy of it. Unfortunately this happens I had it happen with another company that is much larger and has run many Kickstarter campaigns. I got burned and never backed another one of there games so I understand how you feel.
@@LearntoPlayGames I'd hate anyone else to feel what I felt trying to deal with them, thus the comment. It was certainly nothing negative towards your channel. I just feel terrible these people are happy to operate that way, with no care for the people they've stressed out and stolen from. Sorry to hear you've had that happen also.
@@remconet it's part of KS terms, you're backing the 'idea and production' of whatever it is, not the physical thing. That's the 'rule' the company used with me.
So many tokens, would be nice if they created some type of player board similar to say Zombicide to handle all of that, putting so many just on the player card seems busy and hard to follow.
It would be great to see something like that and I am sure if they don't someone will with 3D printing. I got some boards for Bloodborne from an Etsy shop and was really impressed with what they came up with. Thanks for watching and for posting;)
@@LearntoPlayGames they did reply to my comment saying they never thought of that but it was a good idea. Said its not too hard to figure out, but I know for Adri anything extra that isn't clean and clear makes it harder for her to follow along.
@@LearntoPlayGames We got part way through the tutorial, 3 rooms down and the cultists appeared. We played Wicked John, Ian McFellow, Joanna Justice and Maddie Maxwell. The instructions and reference cards suck. Having to keep flipping back and forth between pages or cutting up the rule book. The reference cards should have been loose cards and having the actual rules printed in the book in the scenarios.
That was a long playthrough and you even did some turns off camera. I get that it takes a lotta extra time because you're talking out your thoughts and results. How long do you estimate it would take to play had you just played it solo?
I think that it would take 2 to 3 hours for this game mode and that would also depend on the number of daily Nightmares you choose to play. From what I understand this is the longer mode included with the game the narrative mode should take 1-2 hours but I can't confirm that as they were not included with the prototype I got. I had a great time playing even with the longer runtime. Thanks for watching and for the question hope it helps;)
I’m so torn about this one. I like the art and the minis are awesome. But another dungeon crawler and again cooperative. There is to much in my shelf already.
That's fair, Dungeon crawlers are one of my favorite game types so I don't mind continuing to add them. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts;)
I can tell it is a much better game than Lobotomy 1, which was an absolute mess. They seem to have kept what worked in the original, and redesigned almost everything else. And yet, they didn't fix everything. Token overload is still an issue, and I prefer their previous art style. Plus there's a lot that can be said about how the game deals with the topic of mental illness.
Just saw this pop up on bgg crowdfunding countdown, good timing! Thanks for the playthrough to give an idea of how the game plays.
Thanks for watching and posting;) Did you end up backing it?
Great play through. This game seems fun and has some good twists to the typical dungeon crawl. It reminds me of C:DMD

Wait, they can do that??? Was this long ago? Have platforms changed their rules to prevent scams like this?

Got mine in December after Christmas!
Just got mine today. Hope to play tomorrow
That's great, Still waiting on my copy to show up. Hope you have a great time with the game;) Who is your favorite character?

So this was 10 months ago. What is your opinion/judgement on the game?
This seems to take A LOT of room, what's your table size? 😅
Thanks for the video!
It is a table hog. I believe my table is roughly 4 foot by 6 foot.

Too many tokens in those kind of games is a real turn down for me....
The game looks awesome in every other aspect.
I just got my production copy in and looking forward to checking it out, but I can understand managing a lot of tokens can be a pain;)
