I keep seeing videos from other workouts on TH-cam telling me that I'm missing something or I'm not doing something right and when I watch them I always say, nope Meredith taught me that I'm good. Simply put, for me there is not a better workout on the internet

You can still do the movements without ankle weights. You can also place the dumbbell on your thigh for knee raises, outer thigh for side leg raise, and really focus on the muscles being used!
Hi! I do some squats in the advanced workouts, or show modifications if I do add them. So many do not enjoy squats as they hurt the knees so I try to use the same muscles without making someone have pains not needed. I hope that helps!

Great workout! Any suggestions for ankle weight lbs?
Thank you! I say start low, 1.5-2lbs, and can increase if needed.
