How you come up with the things you do is truly amazing. Only if I had your brain. Good stuff Victor as usual.

Hi Robi, Thank you for your kind compliment. All of us have gifts we can benefit from and sharing these ideas with one another is what it's all about for me.
      Many blessings to you :)

Hi Victor, well done my friend. Your OnShape skills are to be admired. Your progression as well as ours due to your tutorials is just remarkable. Wave to Chaos is he wings by.

Good morning, Doug, I appreciate you my friend. Learning CAD is what gives 3D printing its true power. Manifesting things from your mind into your hands is one of the most incredible things. Chaos was meant to be free, I wish him a wonderful adventure packed life.
      Enjoy your day :)

Hi Victor, instead of doing a boolean to create one single part for the extrusion, select create composite part when importing the step file. This option will create a single part.

Hi Carlo, Thank you for commenting and OnShape tip. I've been going crazy looking for a way to do that. Sometimes the boolean doesn't work to join the elements of some STEP files.
Another thing I've been trying to learn are the connectors. I can eventually get parts together how I want but I know there is a simple way to do it.
Best of luck with your mods!

Hi Chris, OnShape just clicked for me. I still fumble around at times but the great thing about it is that are multiple ways to arrive at the same outcome and plenty to learn. Keep playing with it and it will click for you as well.

@@vbared yes, i find OnShape very user friendly. TinkerCad used to be my go-to to design simple models. Now that i am more familiar with OnShape, i find it easier to do in OnShape! really thanks to your videos to inspire all of us to try it out ourselves!
