Not to throw a wet rag on this video, but with autopilots and autothrottles in operation, this is a pretty routine ILS approach. I'm not sure why the story is entitled "Beautiful Female Pilot Landing Her Airplane...". Maybe someday we'll see a video with a guy shooting the same approach. It's a lot more interesting to see a CAT IIIB approach in Zero/Zero weather and landing regardless of which sex the person sitting in the left seat is. I'm also confused as to the "incredible skill" being demonstrated when the autoflight system is controlling the aircraft.
Let me remind you that the pilots are the ones in control of the "autoflight system", and it's only doing that approach in that way as it was commanded to by the pilots. Also, there's no chance somebody would disengage the AP while still in IMC, plus she was ready to go around in case she wasn't visual at DH.

COCKPIT SHOULD BE EQUIPPED WITH CAMS IN CONJUNCTION WITH VOICE RECORDERS.
