- Hello! Welcome to GTA 3, my favourite game of all time, I started with San Andreas in the trilogy and was trying to save 3 until the last one but I couldn't help but jump in now! In this series of videos I will be covering every single achievement and 100% requirement in the game. In this video I show you how to complete the "Paramedic" sub mission at the very start of the game and talk about why that's a good idea. This one is so hard and correction in San Andreas you could also drop pff one patient full ambulance would only make it that the marker showed on the minimap. But if you just parked there with one patient they will still exit and it will count
It is quite difficult but it’s not too bad, depends heavily on how early you do it before gangs become hostile.. also that’s a great shout! I didn’t know that, once they changed it for vice city I just assumed it was the same in SA, thanks for the comment and good luck 🙂
I got the achievement where you blow up 200 cars i am not that far from the end of my game but I will let you know when I have finished
Don’t know why this one had to be so difficult to complete, Vice City and San Andreas Paramedic missions were so simple.
GTA San Andreas is the easiest one to 100 percent

I was 13 when this came out I played the original top downs but I know exactly what you mean this holds a strong place in my heart because it’s the first 3D one they released and set the bar for future titles 😎🙏🏼

I reached level 9 but I had like 10 seconds for the last patient even thought I was doing it pretty quickly. It looks like the game doesn’t always give you more time

Thanks for mentioning that you can drop people of at any time. I was just about to give up on this one. It might be obvious, but I didn't use that option and kept failing on the time limit. I will now give it another try.

I didn't get extra time unless I dropped off three people tho 🫤
it may not add time to your counter but it refreshes the amount of people you can carry letting you optimise routes 🙂@@Alansworstnight
I recommend do this early in staunton island, avoiding cartel gang area, you got more time to spare.

the time is not even the main problem its actually the gang members who destroy your ambulance...

Just did this last night on Staunton island the roads are wider and you get mor time since the patients are further away . Two to look for though are crazy drivers who come out of nowhere and going through Fort Staunton where Colombian cartel have a construction site . I completed the PS2 version years ago on Portland island ,same when the game came to PS4 on PlayStation store .

@@Alansworstnight You can try it on the first island by leaving 8 Ball in the car and finding an ambulance . Also you can use any of the second island glitches which can be found on TH-cam .
Family all got covid, I'm taking a run at this. I'm not progressing the story until it's complete. Thanks for the one at a time drop off, didn't know about this cus I never tried to. Great video. Do the patriot on the hill next, that was a killer for me.
Hey I’m sorry to hear that, I tested positive for covid myself yesterday.. I have already covered the patriot / off road vehicle challenges, I have videos on the channel covering every achievement and 100 % requirement, I would also suggest doing the rampages on Portland before you leave for Staunton if possible as the mafia are very tricky to deal with after you kill Salvatore
I am finding this way too difficult compared to... everything else in the whole game... 😂 keep rolling the ambulance but when i dont i run out of time for being too careful

I did the Vigilante, Fire Fighter and Taxi Drives in Portland first to actually learn the map.
Then I was able to finally finish this ridiculously difficult mission.
I'm now playing Gta 3 thanks so much for your videos.

Dude I’ve been on this for like 3 days now and still can’t beat it .. I always run out of time that’s the only reason I fail
How far in do you get? The time limit is pretty low, other than zooming the map out with the D-pad and planning your routes I can’t really suggest anything to help, I wish there was more I could help you with dude! Stick at it you can do it!
@@some1gifted I can’t get past level 9 lol so yesterday I was at it all day and I got it to where I map it out and I’m decent on time .. but some stupid stuff will happen to make me flip my ambulance .. it’s so frustrating lol but I think I’ll get it eventually lol
@@DalandDrew Don't waste your life playing this. The Definitive Edition is just unplayable. The Paramedic missions were already a bad thing from the past when GTA went 3D. They took them and made them even worse. Don't make your girlfriend angry and move onto another game.
@@PouchMaster luckily I ended up finishing .. 100% completed that game , then went on to 100% vice city and I’m almost done with San andreas.. but one thing I will agree with you on .. is the paramedic missions on gta 3 is toxic

@@some1gifted one thing I will say it that during those missions the markers you can place are nice but I wish they would show you the route. Level 9 I failed sadly

How do you steal the ambulance the door is locked and he won’t open it
The ambulance and police car have a chance to be locked each time they spawn in, just leave the area and go back and it should re-roll the spawn and be open :)

One before doing missions I did the ambulance first and I ran out of time at 11
In middle city I manage to get to 12 but the stupid npc walked forward to the truck as I was moving slowly and got instantly killed/ran over like BRUH
Hey man did you do the Paramedics 🚑 mission on Shoreside Vale? Please tell me if you have some tips to make it easier. I thought Shoreside Vale will be easier but man I was wrong. The Colombian 🇨🇴 Cartel are so annoying! I get so mad that the game wants me to save people from 'Cedar Grove' home to the Cartels!
Hey dude, I haven’t tried to be honest I’ll load up the game and give it a go. I’ve never done it in shoreside vale as the road connections are very limiting.. if you’ve finished the game and are struggling I’d try Staunton for sure!

@@mrcocoloco7200 well, I’ve just spent around an hour and had 4 attempts. Got to level 6 and kept getting shot up! I’m working the next few days so I’m not carrying on tonight but I will have another crack at it when I’ve got more free time! Thanks for the motivation it’s a fun little challenge and I’m hooked now 🤣 I remember now why I never do paramedic on this island though I hate the layout.
I've got really far on GTA III I've unlocked some of the achievements I have unlocked 27 out of 28 but I'm really stuck on the One when it says vehicles exploded up to now I have done 1859 how far have I got to go to get to 200 vehicles
is it very difficult as a trophy?
@@luigiinterista19931 some people do have trouble with it yes, but if you do it at the start of the game it’s a lot easier as the gangs won’t attack you.

This mission is very hard because the mafia blow up car 😡😏
Yeah I do suggest doing this before you finish the game, if you’re struggling try and do it on Staunton island.. there’s still gangs but they are a bit easier to deal with
The Definitive Edition makes these just unplayable. They ruined everything.
Could of been better but i don’t think it’s that bad to be fair
