Btw if it was supposed to be what we are watching it would be stallion and filly fair.
The way that this show uses terms like "filly", "colt", "foal", etc is sometimes really bothersome. The one that stands out for me is Cadence and Shining Armor's wedding where Celestia calls them "Mare and colt". NO CELESTIA. It's "mare and _stallion_ " a colt is like a young boy!
That was a Freudian slip; Shining Armor was instrumental to her personality cult, after all!
Well in real life women are often called girls, sometimes even their 40s. So this can be the Equestrian equilevent.

I'd accept it being used _casually_ like we use the terms "girls" or "boys" to sometimes playfully describe a group of people of one gender, but it seems odd in an official marriage ceremony.

The book was kept hidden in a secret chamber. Remembering Too Many Pinkie Pie's with the book about the mirror pond being hidden in a secret compartment in the library, I'm beginning to wonder if Equestria is filled with secret hiding places for books about dangerous magic and stuff that ponies just randomly come across. That could be a future episode!
The Great MC reminds me of Animal Crossing where I had too much crap and started burying my stuff around town.

Actually, the game saves resources by making entities from far enough away freeze and, in addition, almost completely cease to exist. I say "almost" because entities are stored in the game's code as points that return when a player is near enough.

Something that always bothers me about this episode that you didn’t include was that rarity has on a very plain and non-rarity-like bag the whole episode especially when we already know she owns at least 1 other bag that is much more with her style. Plus she could have just made the brown bag gold or hot pink or something with the dark magic.
Sounds like "creative genius" to me.

yes it is... and it sucks.... i can't read books or big comics / fanfics... i use S Voice to help me spell and a NaturalReader 15 Free to do all this... its a lot of work.

This episode works for me on various levels. Specifically one level is the constant need to "fix" a piece of art you made, usually for the worse, because you'll never be satisfied with what you made lol
When spike was surprised how rarity can still use magic even without i understood why because I carefully watched the episode, but the reason why rarity could still use magic even without the was because when she was reading the magic came out of the book and consumed her horn, so the magic isn't inside the book anymore but rather inside herself.

2:42 another inconsistency I noticed with the party scene is the fillies are the same age as they were in Sweetie Belle's flashback in "For Whom The Sweetie Belle Toils", which was only four episodes previous to this. They were at her party, they were the same age then, so they should be the same age as the CMC in the present.
