Did you know that Inkwell Beach, famous in African American history and featured in the movie The Inkwell, hosts the Polar Bear Swim every summer? 🌊❄️ Last month, I joined over 50 people for the second water aerobics class of the season. It was challenging, invigorating, and a powerful connection to a tradition that’s been going strong since the 1950s.
