Great video! I would note for anyone looking for more comfortable ride quality, who perhaps drives their car on the street to the track, in many cases the N1 Street Sport is a great option/happy medium. In regard to your camber plate adjustment concern (specific to the limited area on the E46 OEM shock tower), double check and confirm you have your camber plate hardware mounted all the way to the opposite side of the "negative camber adjustment/angle". There are multiple holes in that pillowball which secures the camber plate, so you may be able to move that hardware over (5mm allen key), while keeping the same camber/alignment you have now, for future ease of adjustment :) Shoot us an email with some pictures and we can confirm for you. Thanks, and happy drifting.
I bought a set of N1s myself about six months ago, and my experience has mostly been similar. I have an F22, and the spring rates are identical. absolutely incredible on track considering the price tag, but not so incredible on the street. same story with customer service. had an issue during install, and after a five minute phone call with ISC I was back on my way. they also seem to be the only budget coilover brand that is honest about their taiwan production, as well as the only one to mention any kind of dyno testing for the shocks at all. seems like you are socal based. if you are ever at streets or buttonwillow and see a silver m240i, come say hi!
This is the most informative thing I’ve seen about these. I think I might get them over the BCs but I’m thinking I’ll go street sport as I daily the car.
I just picked up a set of N1 V2 Race for my Subaru Legacy GT track car and I can honestly say they ride better than expected on the street, no doubt they'll do fine on the track, the springs were 10k up front and 8k in the rear, I left the dampening at mid range, I can easily reach the camber and dampening adjustments even at full negative camber. Only minor complaint the fronts are way taller than the backs, I had to reuse my rear spacers to prevent over extending the rears. Very impressive overall, can't wait for my next track weekend.
great review I'm getting a set !! you had me at customer service. I'm going with the street sport ones cuz I need my spine lol! btw do these work with shock tower reinforcement ?

They have really good customer service! They really work with you.
Dude this is an awesome video, keep up the good work!
Which lowering springs are super high quality....i thought i wanted coilovers for body roll but honestly just wanna lower my car 😅
What set up did you recommend for stock ride feel with lowering springs? Want to lower honda accord but want the best ride
Most lowering springs are about the same, but they will all ride like shit without a decent shock, like a Koni Yellow, or Orange.
Eibach pro kit springs and bilstein shocks are your best bet
Didn’t you do a installation video. I can’t find it 🥴
Not for these, but I have a bunch of videos up for just about every chassis-related DIY from when I first bought this car.
That’s amazing for them to replace it free.
Great Videos and Educational
Is it serviceable??
