I am On PC Ryzen 7 7700x Rtx 4070ti 32gb ram To everyone here trying to find a fix, I have now been playing 3 days without a crash after crashing almost every 10 min while playing. Please follow steps to change your ram to your specified ram size i have 32gb. 1. In search bar, search - view advanced system settings 2. Click on advanced tab, and click on settings for performance. 3. Go to advanced tab in performance options, click on change for virtual memory. 4. unclick automatically manage paging file size for all drives if it's on, select custom size and set your sizes for your specific ram you have, make sure you click on the storage you have your games downloaded to when your change your Ram size settings Hope this helps yall
I have i5 13600k + 3060ti and 4x8GB RAM, I often crash every 10 15 minutes. But when I remove 2 Ram slots, I can play continuously for 4 hours without crashing :)) This is a tip I accidentally saw on reddit. The problem here is that you should only use 2 RAM slots instead of 4. However, I'm not sure it's right for everyone, someone who tries it can confirm, thank you!
Lucky you , I have only gotten to play 5 games since launch . I played the beta no problem . Crash here and there . Now I can’t even boot it up . For the whole first few months of the game release I haven’t been able to play . Just finally yesterday it worked for an hour , then today I hone I have work off it’s not working at all . Fucking done with this shit
Just writing this message because I'm having some insanely strange issues with bo6 specifically, now my pc can handle most games at medium/high settings and bo6 has had moments where there's been no issues but yeh the issues I'm having is ill load up into a game and it'll be fine, no lag whatsoever and then maybe after a few games, my game will go jittery and feels like my fps is fluctuating from 0-20 and is unplayable but when checking the fps, it's normal and at 120fps, the other issue is with cod crashing non stop aswell as the sound bugging out and making me have to restart my pc for it to work, so many issues all linked to cod and I have no idea what to do, I've tried looking on Google, Reddit and TH-cam to see if anyone else is having similar issues but I haven't found anything yet, so yeh if anyone else is having these issues and have found a fix, please let me know, will be much appreciated
I'm posting this because for the life of me, nothing i did worked. I underclocked cpu because temps way before bo6 released or announced. I removed it, thinking maybe that's why I kept crashing, nope. Thought my ram might be the issue, bought new ram, still crashed. Unseated, re sat GPU. Check temps. Everything. Nothing ever worked. I even went as far as to blame Steam and re bought the game $100 on Blizzard, still crashed. Now, i have an Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset, so i use the GG app by steelseries. Well, that app has a feature called moments where you can hit a key combo and clip what just happend. One day, i decided to try out medal because all my friends used it. So i disabled the GG moments capture and started using medal. I still crashed. I was over it. I reset all my settings on Bo6 and played in the absolute minimum i could. Opened medal again, crashed. Was about to lose it, so i just restarted, didn't open medal (not thinking about it), checked my settings again, and turned off HDR, thinking that could be the issue. I didn't crash. I'm like, no way, it was HDR. Anyways, I gamed all day, and then the next day, when i booted up to play again, i figured I'd start medal because i was hitting shots and realized medal was never opened but just continued playing. Anyways, i start gaming. i open medal, and the moment i get into a match, i crash. I swear on everything, i was about to lose it, but then i realized I didn't change anything from the day prior. I just opened medal. So i boot back up and dont open medal and double-check the GG app for the moments feature to be off, and it is. I boot up Bo6 and game all day, no issues. Tested it and opened medal again and hard crash. Stopped opening medal and tried GG moments again. Bam crashed again. So, if any of you are having this issue and can't figure out why, and you have medal or GG app, quit medal and on the GG app just turn off the auto clipping for moments Hope this helps someone.
My game runs fine but when it’s time to close it it crashes and I have to verify game everytime I wanna play this is on steam every time I wanna close game it takes a bit to close then it I get a verify game code it’s like 337n or (sum along the lines of that numbers could be wrong or off)
Good video but Yall do know this is only a COD issue right? Scan and Repair’s don’t even happen on other games lmao it’s not your PC it’s just Activision
The game crashing is fine. My pc will completely black-screen restart or blue screen after a couple of crashes. My temperatures are fine and my hardware should be handling it without a problem. My PC-guru friend said it was due to the crappy optimization of the game, but I want to make sure nothing is broken. Does anyone know a fix to this?
😮😮6900xt I am having the same problem all of the games that are more demanding work perfectly fine until black ops 6 now you mention it I'm happy to know there's nothing wrong with my computer

Any game I throw at it with the graphics cranked up will run for hours, but as soon as a play BO6 after a match or 2 my PC just turns off out of nowhere. It's happened before when I played MW2 at launch, and mw3 it wouldn't shut off my computer but just crash consistently. I think it's an optimization problem as well
Same Here I have 6900xt gpu and the COD automatically shutdown or I'm getting blue screen.... Only happen on B06 Multiplayer but when I'm playing Zombie it runs fine
the simple fix for this is, dont invest in the 40 series graphics card. the game does not crash on 30-3070 series graphics card. but in reality, its Activision have poor programing to match the latest cards. when ppl boy cut their game, they will pay attention and fix it.
wrong my game has crashed 6 times today with my 3070, I have done everything in this video and put all settings on low did everything and it still crashes.
One thing I just found out is that if u have a i9 with thermal issues u need to update ur BIOS...... the max power limit for a i9 is around 307 watts.... the DEFAULT board max power limit is pushing 4K WATTS!!!!! Soon as I fixed this my pc stopped crashing and have had ZERO heat issues. The default board value's are cooking ur i9's.
You're absolutely right! On my Z690 MSI MPG EDGE if you set the cooler to liquid (in bios) it goes to 4096 Watts lol. I'm a little nervous about cpu degradation because I've been running my 12900K with the power set to the max 4096 W with all core 5.3 GHz with C- States, speedstep, speedshift, E-cores and hyperthreading all disabled......
Yo this has to be the problem for me. I’m not super tech smart could you possibly help me with which settings I need to change in bios? I don’t want to mess anything up

Hey dude, can you please @me and help me with this solution with input lag?i swear i recently just felt the input lag and my shots are not the same anymore. been trying to find a solution for 2 weeks straight still haven’t found nothing yet. i have a really good pc average over 200+ fps with a 3090, all settings are on low, and playing competitive call of duty with a overclocked controller and a battle beaver and im still getting input delay. i dont know what the issue can be. Please man if u can help would be appreciated!
i think it’s just the game being made poorly i’ve never had a problem with any game til bo6
i agree. why should i have to dumb my pc down just to play 1 game
I’ve had a ton of dev errors since last night. Hopefully they release an update soon to fix this issue.

Found a semi fix with the game pass version, If you're Nvidia you gotta go into the Nvidia app and optimize the game, Then boot without safe mode on
