Quiet mode are not relevant, its only about fan curve. You may have thermal paste dried out. I've seen that often you have poor performance and high tempeture issue with your graphics card.
@@stephane5294 Totally wrong.. You mean new gpu has thermal paste dried out but works fine on every other game except BO6? it is amd driver issue and game issue, I read some 4090 users too has issue
@@danish010 It's a possibility i said. It's not the first time i purchase graphic card and the factory thermal paste is dried out. It happened on 2 of my NVIDIA graphics card in the past.

Quite mode on AMD software helped me, but I must play on potato graphics.
