My daughter has the same issue. They keep talking about blocked tubes etc. But she has gotten pregnant, she just never carries. Its emotionally draining.
Currently breastfeeding my twins amd want another 1(or 2)😂 Cycle back 3 times already(50,25,28 days) I keep googling if I need to wean, which I don't want to. Google says- not necessarily, maybe ovulation is already happening... will see tomorrow 🙏 P.s. interesting videos, thanks ❤
I would wean if I was you. I breastfeed awhile the last and now that I want another it's been difficult. I know it could be more than that but I feel that had some to do with it. Anyhow I pray you get your hearts desire.

My girls are 1 year old, I'd love to breastfeed longer + I had endometriosis, though got pregnant with twins naturally, but it was not fast.... I'll try maybe a couple more months and maybe wean at least a little. Because they eat a lot! Not a lot but frequently, 3 times per night and 3-4 times a day. I am surprised my period is even back :)

the only issue i have TSH, free T3 and free T4 were high and diagnosed hyperthyroidism and graves autoimmune disease so i am working getting my thyroid normal range and after i can handle it in a natural way. i am also treating my hypertension as well i hope to have baby #3 in 2024
I feel lost and could use prayers too. Im 42 trying one more time and its been difficult. When i was young it wasnt. My thyroid is making to much hormone. And i feel like none of my doctor's are listening. They want to "monitor" my thyroid. I dont have the time if this is gonna happen.
The work of Dr. Raymond Peat is what finally helped us figure things out. He really helped put energy, function, and stress in perspective. After one year of nothing 2 months later we conceived our second. He really, really bases everything on thyroid function. Hope God blesses you too.

Dominant follicle on day 12: 16 mm and 17 mm (4 and 5 in each ovary) Husband's rapid progressive motility: 2.78% Slow progressive motility: 15.3% Motility: 42% Varicocele grade 3 and grade 4 (Urologist advised IVF would be better than surgery) Do I have time to go for IUI? Should I give it a try or should I go for ICSI ASAP?? I am more willing to go for IUI as I have a feeling that the motility issue is the reason I am unable to conceive. Please help

May I suggest watching Dr Robert Klitz here on YT? And Dr Ken D Berry. Even consider looking into iodine Ubiquinol Vitamin D3 Codliver oil.
I would recommend finding a different doctor to work with.
