I like this video because it is teaching me to determine what is happening during implantation. I also had miscarriage way back 2020 and up to now me and my husband are trying to get a baby.
I am originally from Morocco and it's normal there that cold feet are bad for the uterus and getting pregnant. I remember that my mom always yelled at me as a child, that it's not good to walk barefoot and that i would regret it later in life, well she was so right😂. It was so informative and I had things I've never heard before but I actually believe it 100% like keeping the years warm and the soles of the feet, etc. That was pretty awesome! I know you're right because the moment you were talking about that I'm in my car. I noticed the soles of my feet were very cold and my abdomen was quenching because of it because of my feet. We "acted upon" my fertility window 2 days before ovulation (didn't plan on it, but we've been low-key ready to grow our family for a while now). Me and your story are almost identical. Same ages, we just got married and trying for a family too. We both travel a lot for work, but try to be in the fertile window and ovulation together. 2 months ago I was late 5 days, had allllll the symptoms, but it was nothing joyful, just a late period. It’s crazy how our minds can get us to believe. We both went to our doctors and fertility specialist-everything looks healthy. But I’m not giving up hope, it can be discouraging but I’m taking all the supplements these wonderful women and doctors recommend and keeping my faith that I will accept what God grants us and be grateful for it. TTC baby #1 on our 5 month. I’m doing all the things to get pregnant. I’m praying our time will come soon. I’m 31 and my husband is 37. We’re both taking conceive plus fertility. I’ve been on pre natals since October. Also taking vit D. Tracking my LH, ovulation, FSH, PDG. Not getting any bad signs. It’s tough TTC you get tired month after month. I don’t understand how people say relax, or I stopped trying and we got pregnant. But how can you stop trying? You only ovulate 1 egg that’s viable for 24-48 hours. Help!

@@leahtirabassi4924 you know what!? It really just takes time. That couple who conceived a couple months in hit it just right! I also stopped tracking. Not my BBT but my LH and FSH because it was stressing me out. That first month not tracking is when it happened! Don’t worry it will happen soon for you. You feel like it will never happen, I couldn’t even picture myself pregnant for some reason. When it happened the only Way I found out was through a missed period. Maybe some implantation cramps 7-12 dpo. I used to drive myself crazy with the TWW. Good luck ❤️❤️❤️ keep me updated!

The last point you mention is exercise.I do powerlifting 5 days a week as a hobby. I'm just now researching the effects it can have on my body and how it changes throughout the female cycle. So around what time of the cycle should I lighten the load of my work outs? During the period, the week after? Should I really not do powerlifting if I'm trying to get pregnant?

I would recommend that you stop the powerlifting for now to see how that works out for you.
