Nice video but it's not a Shey-Phoksundo lake it's Phoksundo lake. Please check Wikipedia and government site. The name Shey-Phoksundo is only national park which is named based on historical monastery Shey Gumba and beautiful gift of the nature Phoksundo lake both.

Did dolpo trek in 2019 pre covid with no prior research. Tickets na payera pkr dekhi nai by road gayeko. Hamro halat ni estai thiyo. (Swollen foot, bed bugs)I label dolpo trek as my best trek as well as my worst trek.
(Raju hotel the best. They serve the best food. Fresh from their garden)
