Ranveer - some constructive feedback (sharing this even though you didn't ask for it - sorry). You repeatedly keep falling short of your research as a podcaster. I would say your podcast is a seasoned podcast at this stage and as a viewer I would say it is embarrassing to see you asking naive questions or resolving to naive interpretations of what the guest is saying. You need to step up and speak more smartly man. Not referring to the goofy style you have to make your guest more comfortable but the statements you make when the conversation is becoming interesting and important are annoying. We listen to your podcast for the guests you bring - they are excellent. No your listeners are not 5 year olds. Not everyone's life changes from a book or a movie. You keep bringing the soul and all these self-help topics into important conversations - almost as if they are your escape from a serious intellectual conversation. Step up brother - think critical, speak critical and don't shy away from areas in the conversation that you know less about.
I'm an European woman and I enjoy watching Palki's work, that's why I am watching this interview. It's interesting for me to look at things that are happening in the world from a different perspective, specially when she reports on things that happen in Europe. Our media in the EU has become very biased and narrative -driven by governments, I don't trust them anymore.

Absolutely well put. I’d say women refrain from getting too wordy about political matters overall because many times they are undermined by others surrounding them. I may be wrong, sorry for that, but I think soft power meaning is different than what you think. Our Spirituality is not a soft, it is MOST POWERFUL in the UNIVERSE. Soft power what I understood, means - creating the image an opinion in the minds of masses about the country or actions by Power , or any organisation or individual.
If you are visiting for pleasure and not for work, I would advise you to visit during winters because it's very hot here and you will not be able to visit and enjoy a lot of places.
It is better to visit the extreme northern states or North-East, because the central mainland is very hot now. Winter or the coming monsoon season should ease the heat, but we are yet to see. Also, better to get the help of locals to guide you as they will be able to give you useful information. Basic Hindi and/or English should be fine for communication.
Beware of the countless scams here. Also, be ready to be treated like a celebrity where many men will take your photos without your consent, and/or forcefully take a photo with you. [northeast and south india are comparatively okay, I cannot assure for the other counterparts].

I saw this episode 9 hours after it was released but I am commenting now after having watched your episode with Jai Sai Deepak, which had been on my to watch list for a long time. The kind of preparation you had in the episode with Sai Deepak, is kind of lacking here. I felt the podcast was going direction less and palki did not seem very pleased. Even if you compare this one with her last episode with you, you may see the difference. I absolutely love palki's subject matter expertise and feel that you could've maybe extracted more from her if the line of questioning had been better. It's funny how my grandfather was an Ayurveda doctor from 1952 to 1975).When English medicines entered his small town, it brutally affected his business because he was the best of the best among the surrounding 10 small towns. After that, he became a farmer. When my father started earning, my grandpa killed himself. When my father reached that location, he saw that my grandpa was holding, particularly one Ayurveda book to his heart (hugging), which was gifted by my grandma on his 17th birthday. Actually, she stole that book from her father, hid it for 7 months, and gave it to Grandpa. few years after my grandpa's death, there was a fire accident in the house. Everyone in the house rushed outside (including cows, goats, hens, and tortoises were outside but very close to house ), and then all of a sudden, grandma rushed into the house. Seeing this, my dad went with her to stop her, but she ignored him and went in. My father was shouting these words: "Mum, leave it; it's just metal." "I'll buy it again." He's referring to gold and silver. When he pushed himself towards the fire, she came out, and they both ran far (15-20 feet) away from the house. Then my dad asked her with a high-pitched voice, "Mum, are you mad?" "We need you." We can't live without you." She ignored his words and pulled something from her stomach by seeing that my dad left her surroundings with a small, proud, gentle giggle. so that something was an Ayurveda (which she gifted her husband) book. Anyway, I don't know why I shared this story, but when I hear the word "ayurveda," I'll remember my grandpa and grandma. Peace out.

I would say your podcast is a seasoned podcast at this stage and as a viewer I would say it is embarrassing to see you asking naive questions or resolving to naive interpretations of what the guest is saying. You need to step up and speak more smartly man. Not referring to the goofy style you have to make your guest more comfortable but the statements you make when the conversation is becoming interesting and important are annoying. We listen to your podcast for the guests you bring - they are excellent. No your listeners are not 5 year olds. Not everyone's life changes from a book or a movie. You keep bringing the soul and all these self-help topics into important conversations - almost as if they are your escape from a serious intellectual conversation. Step up brother - think critical, speak critical and don't shy away from areas in the conversation that you know less about.

It's funny how my grandfather was an Ayurveda doctor from 1952 to 1975).When English medicines entered his small town, it brutally affected his business because he was the best of the best among the surrounding 10 small towns. After that, he became a farmer. When my father started earning, my grandpa killed himself. When my father reached that location, he saw that my grandpa was holding, particularly one Ayurveda book to his heart (hugging), which was gifted by my grandma on his 17th birthday. Actually, she stole that book from her father, hid it for 7 months, and gave it to Grandpa. few years after my grandpa's death, there was a fire accident in the house. Everyone in the house rushed outside (including cows, goats, hens, and tortoises were outside but very close to house ), and then all of a sudden, grandma rushed into the house. Seeing this, my dad went with her to stop her, but she ignored him and went in. My father was shouting these words: "Mum, leave it; it's just metal." "I'll buy it again." He's referring to gold and silver. When he pushed himself towards the fire, she came out, and they both ran far (15-20 feet) away from the house. Then my dad asked her with a high-pitched voice, "Mum, are you mad?" "We need you." We can't live without you." She ignored his words and pulled something from her stomach by seeing that my dad left her surroundings with a small, proud, gentle giggle. so that something was an Ayurveda (which she gifted her husband) book.
