I have seen a few card making videos where they have used the Envelope Punch Board and never really understood it's full potential. Now I totally get it. Instead of ordering a bunch more envelope templates, I can get this and save money. Thank you for making it so plain and simple to understand. Now I have to have one!
thanks for sharing your review! and I so agree about the punches waste bits. just like they do for hole punchers. even some big ones have a place to catch the punch!
I just picked this up last week. I really like it. Going to use up a lot of old paper that I have. Thanks for the heads up on the a2 measurement. Carla
Great review! I love mine too! And yes, as Nicole mentioned, ScorTape works great so you can seal the envelope later or give to someone else and let them seal it themselves. TFS!
I love this board too. For A2 envelopes, I saw a video where they made the first score at 3 1/2 and it perfectly matches up to the A2 envelopes you buy at the store. To use your 6x6 pads, maybe you could make a plain envelope and line it with the matching paper. You could make a template so you don't have to hassle with measuring each time. Just a thought, since like you I love my 6x6 pads!
Thanks! Great review video! I've been debating getting the tool and am pretty sure I will do so now! So thanks! SO much 12x12 patterned paper ... must find something to do with it!
Hi Amy, thank you for the great review. I'm thinking about getting one for different sized cards. I bought 1000 A2 envelopes a few months ago for OWH so I don't need that size, but squares cards would be nice for personal cards. I have been watching your videos (as always) on my Kindle and can't post comments for some reason lately. I wanted to let you know that I'm still loving your videos and just not able to comment. As always, thank you for the inspiration. Take care. :)
Love your videos Amy. I have learned so much from you. I got mine at Michael's. It was $19.99 and I used a 40% off coupon and got it for $11.99. I've tried it out and it makes great envelopes.
In case anyone is looking for envelope glue so they can sell or send the cards open, I saw it for sale at Greensneakers.com. They make templates for making your own envelopes and they sell the adhesive. I don't remember the exact price, but it was a few dollars and seemed reasonable to me. Just in case this helps anyone out. . .
This is funny! I just made a video today about the Stampin' Up Envelope Punch Board. Lol. I used an 8 X 8 paper too. I had a BooBoo video though. These punch boards are exactly the same. Check it out. TFS ; )
Yes the first shipment had incorrect measurements We r Memory Keepers will send out the corrected measurement if you ask for them. The newer ones are now correct.
I love mine too, but the only issue I have is that my puncher constantly sticks. I've used probably a whole tube of WD-40 to stop the sticking, but it doesn't work. Is anyone else having that issue?
For a perfect A2 size envelope try these measurements :
Cut the paper 8x8
Score and Punch at 3 1/2
Thanks for the review. This is by far the best crafty purchase I've made. Tfs, Debbie

I love mine! Thanks for the better measurement for the A2 card size.
I agree. Amy's measurements are much better than the board.

Stampin' Up now has one. It is gray instead of the teal color.
Someone said that you can contact WeR memory keepers and they will send a new label with the correct measurements.
Oh! PS, the paper is cut at 8x8 and scored at 3 1/2. :0)
Sticky Strip would probably work as a sealing adhesive if you're selling the card. :-)
yeah or scor tape - totally didn't think of that LOL :P
I was messing up with mine also at first.
I just did a google search and came across Lick & Stick (remoistenable envelope glue)...they sell this on 7kidscollegefund $2.69

The only draw back for me is I am a lefty. I found it awkward. Lisa
Have you tried turning the board so that the score line is on your left?
