Much appreciated, sorry it is taking me so long to post...I went traveling as soon as it was finished and didn't finish my videos. I'm back now and will get them out much sooner now!
Hello Paul- I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the videos. Sorry that my postings are taking a little longer right now...We have been traveling with the camper. I'll be getting one out this week. Just hearing from others motivates me. Stay tuned. -Steve
I did pass through that in my own project build. To get a straight roof, the inner skin have to be supported (I used many strong aluminium straight tubes and adjustable jack posts), that way, the inner skin will follow the shape of the spars and eventually, the outer skin will too. Then, the roof will maintain its straightness only when the whole sandwich assembly (inner skin, spars, styrofoam and outer skin) will have been properly glued together.
Hi how are you I hope you’re doing well, I noticed you put the fan above the door is there any particular reason why you put it there instead of in the middle? I guess it doesn’t really matter. Just wanted to ask you that question and I appreciate all your videos and the process that you went through to film all these videos I know it takes a lot of time so we really appreciate that. Thank you.
Rincon, do you have a diagram of your electrical? Yours is one of the better ones that ive seen.
Looking good!! Been waiting for next step. Standing by for finished views.

Simply answer: I put a solar panel on the roof. I had to have the fan to one side for the panel to fit. Thanks for watching!
