Congrtulations. In the TH-cam world of really poorly built teardrops, your is such an exception. It's such a relief to see one built well. I hope you get some great memories out of it.

Nice Build Steve ... I'm interested to know what the final weight was.It looks fairly easy to move around. My home built wieghs about 1100 lbs. It trailers very easy but I think that I could have omitted some things to make out lighter. Its probably at 175 lb tongue weight

Hi David, Mine came in at 1400 pounds. Kind of heavy, I'm not sure why. My lead acid batteries are a total of 130 lbs. I just bought a lithium battery, which will save me almost 100 lbs. Though I'm working on extending the tongue and adding a tongue rack out of steel, so I've added a lot more weight.

How did bend the plywood for roof? How thick was it

I am gonna build one of these someday, but this one looks a little to short for my height of 6ft 2”

I meant like the bed length

Hi JB...yes this one is on the short side. I find that it is wide enough to sleep sideways a bit and that helps...though I'm 5-10. Next time I'll built using 5x10 size plywood.
