    Appreciate the pace of your videos. Get a lot in a video, yet it’s not too fast. You should have more followers imo

    Let your audience know when applications open for the ADU with a deck overlooking the creek - I think you’ll get a lot of interest! Looks gorgeous!
    Would you ever consider making that one an Airbnb for visitors to the area?

    Great video as usual. How long did it take you to learn the ins and outs of seeing a project like this from start to finish? Codes, building methods, order of operations, etc. it looks like it would be easy to miss things. Any response would be appreciated.

    Would you recommend building walk out basement that over time could be an additional rental space or just concentrate on above ground units. Im in the portland metro area
