If they don't have influence directly they influence on their opposition parties. And they all use it to instigate the enemy countries. It's good to have good relationship with neighbours.
Let's take example of Maldives... India had a wonderful relationship with the previous govt. But,now Moizzu and his govt prefer China more than India and are being guided by China in their actions. In spite of this India helps thus country as needed. So it's Nalfives which is trying to destroy the relationship.
I do not see any issues with Bangladesh as such. The opposition party of Bangkadesh trying the same trick like Moizzu (India out) but it really did not work.
Bottomline: the neighbours are trying their best stay away from India. India never interferes into the internal natter of any country.
