To be honest this is very strange to me, observing how Germany changes over the course of the last 20 years. I remember 15-20 years ago where we travelled through there were Gasthauses and amazing restaurants everywhere where you could eat stuffed meat, sausages dried or seasoned, plenty of amazing food and the plates were always SO FULL, now it's like everything is in plastic, already sliced and prepared to eat. It's very hard to find German cuisine in bigger cities. I don't this change is for the better, I experience less German culture than before, way less. I hope you can change that, because German culture and cuisine shouldn't disappear from the public sphere. We on the other hand, love meat, we learn different tricks to spice it up and make it more tasty. You should visit Poland and attend some of the food markets, you would be surprised and delighted. I can’t tell you how many times I have been pissed in the Rynek in Wrocław. I started going there in about 1993 on business and returned many times through the 90’s and 2000’s. There is no better place on the planet than being sat in the Rynek on a warm summer evening. It’s a pity you weren’t there longer for a cruise on the river or a visit to the Panarama. I hope I will go back some day and I hope you do too. It brought back wonderful memories. Thank you 👍

I can’t tell you how many times I have been pissed in the Rynek in Wrocław. I started going there in about 1993 on business and returned many times through the 90’s and 2000’s. There is no better place on the planet than being sat in the Rynek on a warm summer evening. It’s a pity you weren’t there longer for a cruise on the river or a visit to the Panarama. I hope I will go back some day and I hope you do too. It brought back wonderful memories. Thank you 👍
